As long as he gets more playing time, I don't mind. He should be the first one off the bench, before Saviola for sure.

I don't think we will buy a replacement for Robinho. If you think logically, Schuster's system does not have room for another crack, since one of Robinho/Robben was going to be on the bench anyway. I assume that Drenthe/Higuain will grow alot this year if they can be Robinho's replacement off the bench, and I say why not? Obviously we bought these two players for the future, and they have to develop soon. We can turn these guys in to stars if we groom them right.

Unless I am wrong and Schuster plans to bench Raul for another winger, then I don't think we will sign a replacement. And if we do, it won't be a superstar to replace Robinho, but a bench player like Huntelaar.

I would rather much give that bench role to Higuain/Drenthe.
Capel is a good player, but there is no room for him and Robben both.

I tend to think this as well, the only haunting question I have is Robben and his health...

I want Drenthe & Higuain to get more minutes as they are the solution

IMO Robinho has no problem with the club, coach, players and fans. His problem is between him and Calderon/Mijatovic. The person I blame the most is his bitch of an agent. Robinho has the right to act like this because he was undervalued by Calderon and co. I have yet to criticise the management but this is what it seems like. Calderon has done all the right things, he's been very diplomatic with the matter aswell. The thing that pisses me off though is how can Robinho wish to be sold to ****ing Chelsea for such a low price? Aren't they supposed to value him more than we do? We bought him as an unproven kid for 30 millions and they want to buy him now for a few millions more?

With that said, I am dissapointed in Robinho for publically stating what he said. But I do feel he does want to stay at the end but with an improved contract. I'm all for club > player but in this case I have to feel for Robinho. He needs to be shown our support at this moment. I honestly hope he starts tomorrow and ****s shit up and flicks the fan off even. Madrid fans are so ungrateful it's disgusting. :)

I think most madridistas have lost what understanding they had for robinho and his dilemma in the C.Ronaldo saga. We all know the short comings of the president and Robinho could have used this to his advantage with the fans instead he has turn against those who could have been his biggest supporters.

Robinho always held a special fondness in the heart of most madridistas which was not due to his accomplishments but more for his joy he brought to our football.

I think if he gets on the pitch tommorrow night he will see the cold side of the suporters and we will make known that we want the very same thing he wants....

get him out of madrid.

Yup, I've no doubt, with all the play in the media for the past week, the white handkerchiefs will be out.

PS: for those of you who're so obsessed with signing a replacement (or a 'crack' for some of you) just to replace a crack, why don't we go after Martha who absolutely dazzles in the Olympics and is cheaper than any of the proposed..? :p

He really blinded him. And even Tomas Roncero asked Robinho to change his agent.

Still, hes old enough to know what hes doing and when Ribero acts against his will, he has to call him back or fire him.

As long as Ribero stated I thought its to improve the contract or to convince him to move till Robinho came out with the same and Im shocked & disappointed on what he said. And not only I am, also Schuster is and his teammates who protected him in several public statements.

How is it you insult robinho, your club disrespected him and gave him no choise other then wanting to leave.. and you call him a "lil fuk"...

Iam not saying that Robinho is unimportant

but he was never a crack, he showed how good he can be for half a season then faded as usual

I want to c the Bernabeu booing this thug, if he doesnt want to stay we (Madridistas) dont want him in as well

He completely lost his way. It would have been very easy for him to put the fans on his side, especially after Calderón failed in signing CR. Instead, he chose to break any tie. In Spain things are not like in most countries in Europe, where the club can legally retain a player. Here, you can just pay the agreed payout clause and leave.
But the worst part of all is that he still thinks he's been great here, and the truth is that he has never reached the level of his first few minutes in Cádiz in 2005. He has quite a twisted vision of his years here
