Well i think this is long overdue: We needed a thread for the national team independently from the games, so we can post any news or updates on the NT players when there are no games near.
For me, the NT is unlike any other thing, and in football it´s what i care about the most. It happens in every game, let alone when there is a final tournament. Lately, i´ve watched the world cups and euro 04 with interest but always thinking how we would have done if we had got one more point or one less ref mistake during the qualifyers.
So the next thing for the nt is the game vs turkey on august 22 but right now the destiny of many players like Tamas, Mitea, Chivu, Marica etc is being decided and that will certainly have an impact.
