Warm herbal tea. You put Yerba...into a Mate...with a metal straw (bombilla) and you suck out the hot water. When it is done (in 2 or 3 sucks of the straw) you put more water in and pass it to the next person...

Its like smoking a joint but you are drinking tea instead...if you must know...it makes me shit myself when I drink it...haha. My wife is Argentina...she introduced me to it when I was living there.

In the 2014/15 season (prior to the transfer) he was out for 42 days in total. Missing 3 games.

Bad Luck for both Ibarbo&Roma I hope he gets back to action asap:thmbup:.I've watched Ibarbo a number of times he does a lot of work around setting up the play,he's very quick on the ball&a quite intelligent player.

 

Isn't it a Brazilian drink or do they drink it in Italy too? I have a co-worker from Brazil who is crazy about it, drinks it every morning.

Bong. Thanks. What does it taste like and how does it affect the head or body? I'm a tea drinker, but wouldn't mind a change every so often.

 

Its bitter. You can put sugar or sometimes I add in the peel of an orange or lemon and put it in. Its really good. To be fair it has no affect on the head...like I said previously...I have it first thing in the morning while having breakfast and I'm straight to the toilet. Have a spremuta + yerba mate is like dynamite.

It contains antioxidants and my wife said it helps prevent cancers...

 

Great. We won't see Ibarbo for some time, but at least I've read about a new drink :yess: And by the description should be great, have to try asap.
