( Ill do what K5 hitman did last season )

Your Opinion, budget I estimate will be around 45million + cash made from player sales

Players to Buy-

Players to Sell-

Players to send out on loan-

Players to promote from youth reserves-

Full Squad

I'd say Charlie Adam is nailed on and looks like we'll go for Connor Wickham if certain itk are to be believed. I think theirs a definete interest in Jose Enrique, Thommo even said on television that we had a deal in place for him. I think we'll also get Maveareux or however you spell it as a squad player.

They're the most likely transfers in my view, ontop of that I'd like to see us sign another attacking player to compliment Suarez and Carroll and a center back to partner Agger.

Joe Cole, Jovanovic, N'Gog, Poulsen, Konchesky, Skrtel and Jones can all leave for me, Aquilani will probably go as well but I'd love it if he gave it another go here.

well, atm i would put my priority names which i wish the reds look at them. that`s depending on their current situations with their clubs and possibility of buying them.

- sanchez ( udinese)
- gago (real madrid )
- ashly young (aston villa)

Not a chance of us getting Alexis Sanchez with teams like Inter, Man City (lol) and Chelsea after him.

If he becomes surplus to requirement I'd love to see us go for Adam Johnson, he's better then Ashley Young and any other English winger for that matter.

most def. guy is class.....can easily see him getting shipped off if City start deciding to buy players for the hell of it again

ended up deciding to take a few players off seeing as they fit more along the lines of Roy esque signings, tall stiffs entering their 30's and from the UK

anyways I got the basic info down atm, tomorrow I will finish up linking players names to a transfer source, and probably add highlights for each respective player....for now im off to sleep, the game starts in about 6 hours

great thread Shemo.

No :
Diego - cheating bum
Kjaer - overrated
Mexes - no. Best Roma defender is Riise. By a mile.

Yes: Hazard (Lille), Lukaku (Anderlecht), Coentrao

Too expensive: Bale, Lavezzi,

I recommend Juraj Kucka of Genoa. Solid central midfielder, with good shot, strong like a bull, great stamina.

Lyon ace Aly Cissokho admits that a move to England would appeal to him in the future.

The 23-year-old left-back has emerged as one of the best attacking full-backs in Europe over the last 18 months.

After starting his career in France he made his name at Porto who snapped up him from Vitoria Setubal.

After less than a season at Porto he left for Lyon after a move to AC Milan fell through over problems with his medical.

Cissokho, who has also been capped by France, is now showing up well for Lyon and that has seen him strongly linked with England, with Liverpool and Manchester City said to be keen.

Bayern Munich and Juventus are also reported to be keeping tabs on him, but he admits that England would suit his game.

English desire

When asked about England, he stated: "I think this is a league that suits me.

"It is a league where you can show power and get forward."

He admitted he has no preferences about potential suitors, saying: "Whether it is clubs like Manchester United, Arsenal, Man City now Liverpool or Chelsea, they are clubs you dream about."

But Cissokho did insist that he was more than happy to continue at Lyon, adding: "I am happy to be at Lyon, I am at the best club in France, and everyone gives a lot to me here."

When asked if he would 100 per cent be at Lyon next season, he opined in the third person: "Cissokho for now he has a contract until 2014 and I am very happy."
--------------------

He's a brilliant left back but we're talking £20+ million? Think it's going to be Enrique, can't see Thomo making empty claims and he surely has contacts within the club.

I reckon Ashley Young would be pretty high on the list , considering he's one of the few genuine crossers of the ball.
Supposedly going to United and do we really want someone who has said he preferes a move to a London side or Man Utd, we shouldn't be someones fall back plan.
Lennon is pacy and tricky , but his final ball leaves a lot to be desired.
Rubbish and Spurs wont sell
Sanchez is the best of the 3 in terms of overall play , but again I don't see him as a beat his man an whip in a ball kinda winger. He is more of a trick his way into the box and test the keeper kinda winger.
Too much competition from teams who can offer Champions League football and big bucks.

Man, you have some 'time' in your hands lol!

Seeing as our season is finished anyway, don't see the point in locking this, but considering how things have changed now, I doubt we'll know who we really are after until the day we sign him...

#19 ·
any one reads Mr. Henry Twitter page? if you don't you should really take a look. The other day he Twitter how he was amuse on how many players we are linked with and said that the roster would have to be of 200 players now to fit all the players we are buying lol

Seems like a down to earth guy from the tweats i have read from him, if its even him.

In terms of players media comments , what do you expect him to say when he is being linked with United and asked a question about it? He would probably say the same if asked about being linked with Liverpool. It's not about Liverpool being his fall back plan but more about keeping all his options open.

Post-Figo , I have learnt to take football players words as nothing else but PR. They're professionals looking for the best career opportunities.

Reina certainly seems to have cheered up recently, him and torres have both looked and talked like miserable bastards all season.

Being linked with Diego Perotti (again) apparently Sevilla have already signed his replacement. He was brilliant when he first broke into the Sevilla side but I must confess I haven't really seen much of him since, has he lived up to his potential

#30 ·
Very poor first half of the season, but has really picked it up since December or so. Playing very well now. Misses a fair number of chances, but he's not a striker and it's reassuring that a winger gets that many goal scoring opportunities. Very good crosser of the ball with both feet, feels more comfortable on the left wing where he can cut in, but again, loves to cross the ball in. He's had a fair number of assists for Negredo/Fabiano/Kanoute headers over the last couple of seasons. Good option for you guys, considering you have Carroll up top.

Capel turned out to be a one trick pony. Perotti is fantastic with the ball, although his decision making at times verges on the Babel-esque. Does everything right, gets into scoring positions and ****s up, or gets into crossing positions and takes a wild shot. He's a better version of Lennon, but I'd still take him.
