Amazingly all the squad bar one player (the uncapped Marama Vahirua) actually play their club football in Tahiti. Their star player at the 2012 OFC Tournament was Nicolas Vallar, a centre-back who has played previously for Montpellier.

 

Good thing their stand-out player is a defender because they'll be in for a lot of defending - of course. Hopefully Vallar is a rock for them, just as Ryan Nelsen was for the Kiwis at the World Cup.
