I'm going to reiterate what Frenk what said, in my opinion an inspiration from the manager, the team chemistry can take you only so far and for so long...but now - more than ever this season - it is evident we lack additional individual quality that could help us go out from this slump. Neither Baros, Necati, Riera, Engin, Aydin, nor Emre Colak aren't the ones who could elevate us to the next level and make us get our shit together. In fact all of them are responsible for the way the things went. Baros and Riera must go after this season, the rest of them can stay, but none of them (apart from Emre Colak maybe) can be first-team players, they're useful squad players and very needed, but none of them have what it takes to overcome this disgraceful situation now, not even after Terim's motivational antics, and not even with the help of great team chemistry. Next season Baros should go, Stancu should come back, Necati and Elmander should stay, but Necati's/Baros's place should be replaced by someone who's top-class, not too old, pacey and good at finishing. Plus we should swap Sercan for Muhammet Demir and maybe even get Cenk Tosun for the depth as well. We should also get two new starting wingers who are top class and suitable for Champions League. The more quality Turks from abroad we can get - the better.

What makes me gutted is the fact I will miss this very last game :sob: I have a weekend (whole Saturday, half of Sunday) on my university...

 

Cuneyt Cakir, Sukru Saracoglu, a supposed rival that is a proven match-fixer, media controller/terrorizer, and mafia... We'll lose 3-0. This is Turkey!

 

I also think we will lose 3-0, but it has nothing to do with those factors. Here is the sequence of events:

1) Our players are already shitting their pants because they are afraid of choking
2) We will start out well and miss two clear cut chances.
3) We will turn over the ball in midfield and Fener will score to go up 1-0. At this point the players will start making stupid passes in midfield and giving up control of the ball very easily
4) As Fener fans go nuts, Stoch will score a screamer before half. 2-0.
5) Our idiot coaching staff will put on Sabri for the second half as a savior. Melo will get a red card for an obscene tackle on Emre
6) Fener will knock the ball around the park and we will lob aimless balls to Elmander in the box
7) Fener will score a third in stoppage time
8) We will start crying about match-fixing while Kadikoy celebrates
9) Unal Aysal will complain about the playoffs




10) Instead of signing a striker, we will extend Necati's contract by three seasons.
11) We will get eliminated in CL qualifiers

Story of the match so far is:

Fenerbahce has better possession than us, but they aren't actually playing any better than us. Dia should've had 2 red cards, 1 straight red for his atrocious challenge on Balta and another from 2 yellow's but Cakir doesn't have the guts to do it at Sukru Saracoglu as usual.

 

I'm sure he's out the next time he does something half-yellow-worthy.
