I dont think it will easy... we are still struggling to find our form and you are always a tough opponent. Even though I am really suprised that our current streak is 13 home matches against you lot without a loss, wow.

We really need to grab those 3 pts and we are definitely favourites. But no, I doubt it will be easy.

Al termine della seduta Mister Allegri ha diramato la lista dei 20 convocati per il turno infrasettimanale di domani sera contro il Parma a San Siro alle 20.45:

Abbiati, Roma, Abate, Antonini, Bonera, Mexes, Taiwo, Thiago Silva, Zambrotta, Yepes, Ambrosini, Aquilani, Boateng, Emanuelson, Nocerino, Van Bommel, Cassano, El-Shaarawy, Ibrahimovic, Robinho

Last season, a GDS line-up on it's issue before the game is usually already pretty reliable. This year I find that it is always wayyyy off.

Wonder if Mexes gets to start this one? Also hope Taiwo plays. I think we'll see this:

Abbiati

Abate-(Two out of Thiago Silva/Yepes/Mexes/Bonera)-Antonini

Aquilani-Ambrosini-Nocerino

Boateng

Ibrahimovic-Robinho

By the way, what's up with Seedorf?

Kind of a tauthological reasoning there. Pippo is not on the CL list nor in this game's (as far as I know, maybe he's injured again or something) because apparently Allegri does not want him anymore.

The question is why, or whether it is right. He has barely been given a chance this season, and IMO he certainly deserves some credit - as in playing more than 10 minutes now and then when we are desperate. He has been considered finished before and struck back, and seems like he still got the fire.

We all like having young talent like El Shaarawy who seems extremely promising and all, but I personally would rather see Pippo given a chance instead for some time.

El Shawarma has been anything but impressive so far imo. He has shown nothing that makes me believe we're dealing with a player with the quality to be a Milan striker neither at present nor in the future. He'll be loaned out very soon so we'll see what he can do with some consistent game practice, something he won't get at Milan.

Wrt. Pippo, as van mentioned, he deserves some credit, cause we know what he's capable of even in his late 30's.

I didn't say he was impressive, I said he proved to be ready for the serie A and also scoring a goal (he hasn't played in Serie A till this season).

Yes Pippo deserves all the credit their is BUT if I have to put my money on Pippo or El Sh at the moment I wont bet on Pippo ... especially in the Serie A.

If we have to play a CL game than I would put Pippo in before El Sh.

Also, would not want us to lose El Sh because Pippo at 38 y old and most of the time injured will have less competition.

Bonera to face his old club. You can really tell you're in the coach's good books if you're starting ahead of Mexes and Yepes.

Ambrosini gets a chance to make amends for his recent poor performances. He just needs to keep it simple, no messing around. Cover spaces, make clean tackles and neat distribution.

Forza Milan!
