If you mean the FNL, division below Premier League, then it starts on July 7. The 2nd Division hasn't released a schedule yet that I can find. Probably starts between July 7-13.

The Croats asked and have their own forums.

Serbs have been repeatedly asked and they decided to stick to the current format as many are Serbian NT fans but less are real hardcore fans of the clubs (ie don't regularly watch the league games too). They also prefer to have one big but active forum. Ditto with the Bosnians.

 

Best to have just one forum imho.

The foreign rule didn't change but the grace period for the players with dual citizenship who already were signed by the Russian teams has been ended. So yes, Eremenko and Dykan are now foreigners.
