For me it is Lizarazu and NOT because he plays for Bayern but for this reason:

The position they are playing is defender, so you should be able to defend, something Robbie can't. He can only run and attack but he lacks in defending. He would be better in left midfield.

 

Hmm, this is tough choice really.
But one thing is clear; the are reall the two best left wing defenders in the world.

Anyway, I would chose Roberto Carlos. I think the facts thay he runs so much made me chose him.

But a head-to-head between them could get interesting, even though most people would say Carlos is the player they would like at their team....

 

Even tough Roberto Carlos is a terrific player to watch and to have in your team, Liza is a more complete player because he has more or less the same offensive apport as the brasilian but with a large edge in defensive qualities. That's why Liza is the best in his position and has been for quite some time now...

You could say it this way: One goal made him famous, and he stays famous ONLY because he is Brazilian national player and not because of his incredible unbelieveable defending. Does that say you something?

Btw, I was NEVER jealous of Real Madrid, there are other teams that I was jealous sometimes, but NEVER EVER Real, they are just too unsympathetic
