So it's come to this, Barca v Arsenal, in Paris.

Of course Barca are a phenomenal team and will be difficult to beat, but my team can play too, and Barca is not invincible, they have weaknesses - on a good day, and that's all it takes, one day - we can claim the trophy.

I can see Hleb and Eboue giving Gio hell, I'm sure he'll need assistance to deal with that menace.

The one surrounding Cesc is obviously the most interesting subplot to the game. Apart from that, there's not much history between the clubs, nothing too interesting at-least.

Anyway, Barcelona versus Arsenal is quite clearly the best victory football could have hoped for, and a fitting vindication for two very admirable football philosophies, that is, Wenger's and Rijkaard's. The way the UCL was going in recent years, it did have me wondering when we'd see a final like this one again (possibly the last final that held as much potential for being an attacking spectacle was the 2000 one between Real and Valencia). Hope this is a precursor to a victory for attacking football in the World Cup as well.

Like everybody else with a brain, I'm looking forward to this match. But don't forget gents, we do have a Liga title to win, starting this weekend.

We'll focus on the Frenc- I mean, the English team when the game comes round. :D

Where did you get your information from, ArgBoca?
I really hope Messi makes it. It would be a shame if he missed the final....

Tnx

The articel said it wasnt so serious but then again they wérent even sure, weather it was the same injury or a new one :frustrat:
Its very common for injury to result in pain during the recovery. Range of motion and strength will improve but pain is usually the last thing to go away. I hope too he is fit. Barca deserves to win this.
