It's a great pity that no Norwegian football is shown in England considering that a great deal of English football is shown in Scandanavia.
I would really like to be able to see Ham Kam in action.
Perhaps someone in Norwegian football ought to have a chat with representatives of Sky Television.
There is a Ham Kam English Language forum @ http://wakeup.to/Hamkam

Shouldn't be that difficult to see Ham-Kam in action. Next season, they will be one of the top teams in the 1st division, and will probably be on tv one or two times. Lots of people in England get in TV2 or NRK who send the matches.

However if Sky Sports were to send matches, I think they would prefer, Rosenborg vs Brann ;)

The problem with TV2 or Nrk is......

The problem with TV2 or Nrk is that they are not officially available in the UK and I am not legally entitled to receive them.
The other problem is it would be very expensive requiring another dish(I have 3 already) another receiver and a decoder and also an illegal viewing card that can be switched off at any time.
It would be far better is Norwegian Football became available from one of the 2 Astra positions or from the Eutel Sat Hotbird @ 13% East.

"Too bad....I just know that all the Norwegian football players in England look at NRK/TV2, little did I know that they were criminals ".............yes they are(LoL) so keep their names to yourself.
Every so often there is an attempt to clamp down on the distribution of the illegal cards.I expect the Norwegian players have legal cards but it is illegal to use them in the UK.It has everything to do with distribution rights.NRK/TV2 do not have licenses to broadcast in the UK.
I know that there is quite a big trade in illegal viewing cards.
It is not legal for NRK/TV2 to sell viewing cards in the UK just as it isn't legal for Sky to sell their cards outside the UK and Ireland but there are plenty of people viewing Sky throughout Europe. It is very important that Sky do not become aware of who they are because they are under a legal obligation to switch off the service.
I think I've got that right.

Sure I won't tell on anyone :D

Maybe you can post in the announcements forum, in the Swiss forum thread. It would be good, so that we will get some support for a Swiss forum :)

Maybe someone can send you a tape of a match or two?? It won't be live, but if you try and shy away from the results, it might even be interesting ;)

Bad news for St.Gallen!!

Again it seems that St.Gallen will lose it`s most important player. Marc Zellweger is now on his way to the german side FC Köln. This is bad news, after Zwyssig and Stiel left St.Gallen, it`s now Zellweger that will probably leave.

In one way this sound very bad for St Gallen, but in the other, if he is not a Bosman player you will get some solid money for him, and can probably invest in another good player, plus there is always a bunch of talents around. Further, for you it will probably be even easier to hear about him if he plays in Koln :)

Just trying to be positive.

I have a small suggestion. Try to make a St Gallen(call it "The St Gallen thread) + a Swiss soccer thread(call it "The Swiss soccer forum") in the Universal Soccer forum. We and your friends, and the other Swiss posters will talk about it there, and then it will be a lot easier to get a swiss forum :)

Yes i shall try to be positive, but it`s not easy. My supporters club was also going to present a prize to the player of the year, but the winner or the leader was of course Marc Zellweger, so now i don`t know what to do. :-(

I will make a new thread in the Universal soccer forum. Is that on this page? I will find it, but is it here on this page in case i don`t find it? :)
