Tajikistan? Great friendly! Sokhib Suvonkulov plays in Azerbaijan and Farkhod Vasiev plays in Russia. Albania is in for a tough battle.

You can believe it. Colombia is in the same group as Greece and they consider us somewhat on par with Greece, which theoretically should help them prepare for the game against Greece. I remember in 2002 WC Mexico was drawn in the same group as Croatia so they decided to play Albania in Los Angeles to prepare for that game. They thrashed our B team made up mostly of Superliga players 4-0 and what do you know went on to beat Croatia 1-0 as well. I remember watching that game on Univision (spanish language TV) and holding my head between my hands in utter embarrassment the whole game. Apply same logic to this game.

I remember that game. Lot of the albos didn't get their visa, which is why they lost 4-0. They would have lost 2-0 with the original cast.

Agree. Macedonia is not a strong nation by any means but they aren't on the same amateur level as Malta and there's always the political tension that could make the game interesting. If the game was played in Shkup you'd figure the game will be packed with Albanians. But with Malta there's going to be zero interest what so ever and even the players won't give a shit(and why should they?)

If Kosova won't manage find a team to play a friendly with they can always play against Albania B , Gega can callup players like Vajushi , Bala , Bakaj , Vangjeli and Co to play on 5 march . There is only march 5 as a free date for friendlies from FIFA , i don't believe clubs would let players stay more with NT because three days after they play in theri respective championships...

If that's the case just make the "B" team the U-21 team with a bunch of other guys like you mentioned. Would rather watch them tbh. Field a team with Shkurtaj, Balaj, Vajushi, Gjasula, Gavazaj, Hysaj, Sadiku, etc.
