His training methods have determined the fitness levels of this team for the season. Only next season can we see a change.
Saponara had been in the pitch for fifteen minutes. He simply seems not mentally up to this.

As for Allegri's training methods… I wouldn't jump into conclusions. That actually happens to most pressing teams. They often drop a bit deeper after leading. Except we should have had a two goal lead by the 60th minute.

Honda looks totally lost out there
really stupid sub to give so much space in the midfield taking monto off.

Should've been kaka.

Could you elaborate on Allegri's training methods this season and on how they differ from previous seasons' methods? Or are you suggesting it's been an issue the last 4 seasons, since Allegri took over? In that case, how do his methods differ from those of previous Milan coaches or to those practiced by other coaches at big clubs?

but all three subs have been awful and just lost the ball over and over.
Clarence still has too many doubts over his choices imo.

robinho misses a sitter. never said that before.

Hard luck, chaps. But you just had that feeling that you'd be punished for all those missed opportunities.

But there's a lot of positives to draw from this game for Milan, just as Inter had against Roma. The Milanese clubs are far from done.

And when you pick up Taarbt and Rami for a combined 14m in the summer, it'll be two very good purchases.

Well for one thing at the start of the season he decided that the players could drink Coke!!

fcking Coke, one of the most abusive substances you can put in your body.

He did say he focuses his training on that hits a peak in March.

wtf is that about?? Sorry but the players need to be peaking in mid Oct at the latest, otherwise as in the situation we have, we are miles off the pace.

According to Seedorf the team has major fitness issues which is evident in games because we tend to drop after the 60 minute mark. Another Allergi fail is that this squad doesn't have self belief he never interacted with the players with more than one player accusing him of ignoring them. Furthermore in all the years of Allergi we never had an identity in terms of play quiet simply he never built anything...period.

Read Tony, read. I never said you had a nationalistic problem with Bonera. Would be as silly or idiotic as your claim!
Fine, but clearly you have an issue with Rami. You prefer binera to him? Don't you think that binera is the worst cb since smoje, who was only 18, but still?

Fu*king guy no wonder we always struggled for the first half of the year with him at the helm. He really did do some serious damage on our squad.
never mind his selections, constant shit, binera shit, noce shit, mitra shit
muttonari shit.

This defeat is hard to swallow atm. We realy dont deserve this result. It doesnt reflect the game at all. We played a realy good game. Bar the subs Clarence had the better of conte. It looks promising but right now i'm just pissed off.
