Chippenham are the same past season or so. Difference it's been the same player missing them (although other players have missed them since) whereas Athletic tended to change it every time someone misses one. Just hope we stick with San José for now.

Good result though, especially considering the two reds (!). Must be a record to have three different left-backs sent off in one season (and in two consecutive games!)

I'm guessing Balenziaga gets a chance now or is Aurtenetxe back for the next game?

Yet another referee screws us up the arse! The first yellow was a joke, he just kicked the ball and because yer man let out a roar and went down he gets a yellow. The second was first of all a foul on Iraola and then deliberately gives Koikili a second yellow just to send him off. If Ustaritz had of done what Koikili did he wouldn't have got booked. Ref was just looking to send an Athletic player off!:frustrat:

Athletics verbal attack at the ref's after the Almeria game (first Caparros and later Macua) seem to have back-fired (at least in the short run).

Horror-ref Undiana was selected for the game @ Bernabeu. We've only won 3 out of 20 games with him maning the whistle. He is remembered from the game against Getafe last season when he sent both Gurpegi and Ustariz of the pitch.
