The Skutori are idiots for not applying for the Intertoto cup, I'm sure they were too confident of getting the UEFA places...sure Siroki's uprava has heard it from the fans..

Good luck to Sloboda, though I don't think they'll make a dent in there..

Sloboda could have definetley gotten an easier opponent, Israeli teams are all hard to play against.

And I must agree that "Wide hill"

****ed up with this one. But on the other hand, how much people will watch some unknown team in that small Herzegovina town ? Tuzla is a big city and they are hungry for some football success, its logical choice for them - but for the Skutori its a different story...

Siroki has great attendence at Euro games, the Pecara is always nearly full. Siroki is a sporting phenomenon in BiH, their basketball team has been head and shoulders above the rest in the last 5 years...they lead the premier liga for a while and finished a respectable 4th, for a city of less than 30,000.

I think that Sloboda have good chances in the first round of the Intertoto Cup against KA AUKUREYRI because they are simply a better side.

Home I think Sloboda will surely winn as we all now all teams in Bosnia are good home, but away the away game is going to be difficult I just hope they manage to get through to the second round.

PS: KA AUKERYERI ARE NOW NUMBER 2 IN THE ICELANDIC LEAGUE.

SLOBODA IDE DALJE!!

Nogometaši Slobode plasirali su se u drugo kolo Intertoto kupa, nakon što su u uzvratnom susretu, boljim izvoðenjem jedanaesteraca, u gostima pobijedili islandsku ekipu KA Akureyri sa 4:3. U regularnom toku susreta bilo je 1:1, identièno kao u prvom meèu u Tuzli. Sloboda je povela u 19. minuti golom Crnogorca, a izjednaèio je Sigbjornsson u 54. minuti. Kako je i nakon 120 minuta igre rezultat ostao 1:1 pristupilo se izvoðenju penala, pri èemu se istakao golman Slobode Dediæ, koji je odbranio tri udarca sa bijele taèke. Golove za Slobodu iz penala postigli su Nikoliæ, Okanoviæ i Muslimoviæ. Sloboda se u drugom kolu 5. i 13. jula sastaje sa belgijskim Lierse koji je bio zauzeo 5. mjesto u ligi.

Meðutim, upravo u prvih 45. minuta Sloboda dobru igru nije uspjela krunisati pogotkom, iako su prilike da zatresu mrežu Van der Stratena imali Mešanoviæ dva puta, te Hadžiæ, Joldiæ i Sarajliæ.
