three rounds will be played instead of five. The eleven victorious sides from the Intertoto Cup third round will go through to the second qualifying round of the UEFA Cup

WoooW 11 teams from Intertoto cup will make Uefa cup,, so this years Intertoto cup we can name Uefa cup instead !!!

I like it,,, for sure this will make the cup much more importent and all teams will take it more serious... Great

But if we somehow pass the 1st round then we get to play a Bulgarian team and i like our chances for the 3rd round but its all gonna depend what we do against the Romanian team and last year Cluj from Romania made it very far almost getting to the UEFA Cup.

Bad luck

Ther is no chance that we will knock out this Romanian team who ever it will bee... I have seen many games from Rumania liga this year and i tell you ther is 7-8 teams that keep SerieA standard,, belive it or not,, i have seen it by myself...

FC Clue playd in Intertoto last for Rumania year and made the Final and this year the teams will be even more motivated....

Look Rapid who almost made Uefa cup semifinal are on 7 place,, that tells the story about the Romanian liga,,, I have seen Farul and Poli as well on TV this year and i tell you they keep good standard...

 

How come Bosna have better Intertoto rank then Us??? we made quarter finals two times over the last 5 years in Intertoto... Just don,t gett it

EEE nevermind,,, this year all the teams from bigg nations will play with ther best teams in the 3 round so smaller soccer nations will not stand a chance in 3 round anyway... Only Romanian or Bulgarian team can do something in 3 round!

BTW Mate,,, ther is a chance that Turkey will play ther home games in the Macedonian capital Skopje,,, Macedonian FA have invite Turkish NT and they make talk about it.... Also Macedonia FA and Turkish FA did agree on a test game in June who will be playd in Germany...

If turkish FA decide to play the games in macedonia you will not have to worry about support in the game Turkey-Greece in Skopje if it happen,,, you dont even need turks to tarvel,,, we will take care about it :tongue: :howler:

NO! This decision is new. Last Friday, UEFA made this last decision.

Macedonian FA and Turkish FA did talk about hosting Turkey in Skopje, but UEFA decided it will be Düsseldorf. And thats final. Too bad, I would go on the turkish matches and cheer for thamn, especialy in their crash with Former Turkish Republic of Greece.
