I would still start Perišić despite club form, club form is not always a good indicator of NT form and Perišić was always solid and dangerous for us lately, amongst our best players in the qualifiers thus far.
No tinkering. No Srna in midfield experiments.

Jela can be replaced with an in-form striker or even Dudu who combines well. Badelj can possibly be slotted into that midfield but I don't think Štimac will risk him being overrun.
The Serbs really offer very little, their midfield tries to move the ball faster but they have spells of disorganised play in general, their wingbacks lack discipline and they don't have strikers to threaten too much. But they do have a few neat players that can cause you damage on a half counter and by spreading play, as they did against a depleated Belgium for the first 35 mins.
But then they fell apart.
Here's hoping they fall apart from kickoff in Maksimir!
