Football clubs you dislike the most and why?

Generally football rivalries tend to be purely based on basic emotions of us vs them. I happen to think there's some genuine reason to dislike a club though.

One the clubs i dislike the most is Chelsea.

Went to school in West London, right next to Stamford bridge actually and there were not many Chelsea fans there, used to go to Fulham Broadway 5 days a week and i rarely ever saw people wearing Chelsea shirts...in Chelsea, now they're all over the world :howler: their fans are either thick as shit cavemen or johnny come lately's who jumped on the gravy train. They're original fanbase defines the club: despicable with no class, tapping up managers, players, playing horrible football for a decade despite spending billions, racist scumbag 'club legend' captain etc There's no reason for anyone outside of West London to support Chelsea outside of 'because they won trophies recently.' No history like Liverpool, no class like Arsenal, no great football like Barca, no great players like Real Madrid. Basically both their 'real' fans & the band wagoners are the worst kind of fans football has. Such a shit club from top to bottom.

You're such a liar. Your hate towards Barca and Sporting is one gazillion times larger than any slight antipathy you may feel towards Benfica. Deep inside you are a lampiĂŁo and you know it. :pp

Real Madrid. I used to real have it in for Juventus but I've mellowed lately. Brutal thing to admit is that they are just an enjoyable side to watch right now, & at least Moggi is no longer associated with them. I'll never like them, & I'll always enjoy when they lose just a little bit, but it's nothing like it used to be.

Oh, & Rangers & Celtic too.

Yeah agreed, living in Australia I am concerned by the hoards of 'band-wagon' supporters and their 'big' English clubs. Namely, Manchester United, Arsenal, Liverpool, and Chelsea.

This is the epitome of misguided people. An exhibition match featuring Liverpool FC vs Melbourne Victory FC 2013, played in AUSTRALIA. These Australian born fans, cheered the foreign team Liverpool (and heavy favourite) against their fellow countrymen and local team Melbourne Victory. Their madness is evident in their rendition of YNWA here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NDCiNGYfhPY

I don't like these new money clubs.

I never liked Spurs. I usually like the underdog who are in the shadow of their bigger & better neighbours (Everton, Man City for a long time, Fulham etc.) but not with Spurs. I hope Arsenal remain superior to them for the next 100 years.

A lot of their fans believe their own hype and think they are a massive club, when the reality is that they are not. I have very little time for Chelsea Football Club as an entity, but the fact is Chelsea > Spurs in terms of stature and size of the clubs. Even pre-Roman Chelsea, they were winning FA Cups, League Cup, Cup Winners Cups and even entered the Champions League (something Spurs has failed to do bar one season), and post-Roman they got several league titles, FA Cups and a European Cup. But tell a Spurs fan that Chelsea are bigger than them and he'd look at you as if you just put your cock in his pint.

United obviously. Evil empire who bullied the media, FA and referees to achieve their success whilst trading shamelessly off an air disaster.

Spurs seem to think they're a gigantic club despite having won only two league titles. I know we've only won three, but we seem to understand our place in history a lot better than Spurs do.

Cannot stand Everton, although Martinez has already made them more likeable.

I detest Stockport County.

There is nothing wrong with the football clubs.

However, Sepp Blatter, Roman Abramovic, Alex Ferguson and various individuals are possibly the bigger undesirables.

There are clubs that don't really need to exist. Chelsea are not necessary, Fulham exists. Everton are not necessary, Liverpool exists. Tottenham are not necessary, Arsenal exists. Birmingham City are not necessary, Aston Villa exists.

One of the Manchester clubs do not need to exist.

However, Roma-Lazio, Milan-Inter, Athletico-Real Madrid are perfectly reasonable clubs as they are powerhouses in their own right and the area/city span of all these clubs are big enough to justify all these derbies.

Everton have won more league titles than Lazio + Roma combined. To suggest that Everton are not necessary is an insult.

Manchester, Liverpool and Birmingham are big metropolitan cities. I don't think you know what you're talking about.

well am Indian but I feel, now Real Madrid as a club belongs to so many people and i cant simplify it with a word like hate.

More than hating i would rather like say that i admire German Clubs and the Federation and Bundesliga in general for managing the clubs very well with prudence and providing a quality footballing product.

I hate SP, because I'm homophobic.

I hate Palmeiras, the pigs, because I'm mysophobic.

I dislike but don't hate other teams.

Well as long as they don't all go onto support England in the Ashes. Then something really has gone wrong :D
