The first game ended 2:1 for Blackpool at Anfield and showcased that we'll be in big trouble under Hodgson.


I think this game could have massive importance if we manage a win. It could give a nice boost before Everton derby. Hopefully we revenge the defeat!

Milan Jovanovic needs to get some chances..i wish he finds that with King Kenny.

 

No horrid 4-4-2's please. Kenny seems to know the best way to play is with Torres up front with an SS supporting him. Without Gerrard, that should be Cole, or maybe Jovanovic, but we have to go 4-2-3-1.

I agree, no 4-4-2 please. Also second re. Cole, if anyone it's him that should get chances, after all he's proved himself as a world-class player (in comparison to some other players mentioned).
