As of right now all I can say is hopefully the injury Hleb suffered isn't too serious and that he will be ready for this game, and hopefully Cesc is back. The team badly missed him today against Villa when it came to containing the ball in the second. I'd love to get three points over Big Sam as well.

I find it difficult to predict a starting line up when we don't even know who is injured and who isn't these days.

For UK people, the match is on TV again on SS1.

Hleb received a nasty gash on his calf, but he should be ready for this game. I don't know if Cesc can do a "Hleb" and recover ridiculously quick from his own hammy...but let's not count on him in case of disappointment. I think the game at the Riverside on Sunday is a more realistic target for Cesc.

You just know Fat Sam is going to pack the middle with anything he can get a hold of, so I would start with the exact same team from the Villa game. I thought our first-half performance was brilliant against a team much, much stronger than Newcastle. If we repeat that performance from the first 45 at Villa Park then the barcodes have zero chance.

We should pick up another three points here considering how shit Newcastle are going at the moment, but having said that, they could lift their game against us.

I would love for us to absolutely stuff the barcodes and get Fat Sam the boot.

That would be an early crimbo present to cherish for years :D

Saying that we will undoubtedly get kicked to bits and hope that we come away with the points and no new injuries.

Same lineup most likely as Wenger seems afraid to play these days.
Hmm...I think our display in the first 45 minutes at Villa wasn't too shabby.

Man, some of you need to lay off the Professor!

We're in 1st place because Wenger has master-minded our return to the pinnacle of the English game. Don't you remember how many points we relinquished in these physical matches up North last year? This year we rarely look troubled. I don't care if we line up 4-5-1 at Newcastle, we just humiliated an in-form Villa with the same formation at their own ground for an entire half of football. We have injuries, changing tactics and gameplan without two of your best players is the absolute norm.

Newcastle are absolute shite, it doesn't matter who we play we should beat these bunch of mary's.

I'd like a 4-4-2 though, give Ade a rest and play Bendtner and Eduardo.
YES YES YES

It's time to unleash both Eduardo and Bendtner.

I know AW loves the 4-5-1 sans RVP but Newcastle can't defend to save their lives.

If Hleb is out AW should go with

Almunia

Sagna----Kolo---Gallas---Clichy

Eboue----Diarra----Flamini----Rosicky

Bendtner--Eduardo

Subs: Jens, Ade, Theo, Gilberto and Senderos.

Fat prick has now seen his team pick up just one point from their past five games, during which they have conceded 13 goals. The club’s owner, Mike Ashley, had told friends in midweek that he was “very disappointed” with his team’s start to the season, and that he would reappraise Fat prick's position in the light of the next two games.

Yesterday’s result therefore makes Wednesday’s match a win-or-bust situation for a manager who was interviewed for the England job only 18 months ago. Fat prick wants to stay and prove his worth, but he may not get the chance.
