Group stage - 21 October 2009 20:45 (CET) - Stadio Olimpico - Turin - Italy

Another difficult game for Haifa. I don't know how much I can say since all you have to do to understand the difficulty of this match is just say Juventus....a powerhouse in the Italian Serie A. With players like diego, del piero, trezeguet, melo, giovonco (if you don't know who that is start to get to know him because he's a midget of a player who can take on over half the serie A), and many more players who i'd mention but it would just depress me. On our side we might not have our captain, Yaniv Katan, due to a serious flu. Anywyas good luck to our greens, lets hope we can leave torino with respect.

Although I hate Juventus .... I dont mind seeing a little mircale happen...
Expect bitter Juventus fans as always...sometimes racist....

in any case, i actually have a hickering for a 0-0 type game..pointless, no chances whatsoever kinda footie...

Good luck!

They were struggling vs. Fiorentina over the weekend and it looks like my mighty Inter is taking the pole position :)

No doubts Juventus is the absolute favourite and other result other than the "old lady" victory would be very surprising. But like you said Juve is not in a recent good form and the pressure to win could make things tougher for them.
Maccabi Haifa has nothing to lose and young players eager to show their potential. The truth is that Haifa played well their two previous games, but lack of experience and the quality of the opponents made the difference at the end (literally. Haifa only conceded in the second half until now). So i expect the same to happen here, a tough first half with Haifa creating trouble, but the second half pressure Juventus will manage to find its goal.

Some news regarding Haifa for the upcoming match:

Besides Biram Kiyal who is suspended for two games due to his red card against Bordeaux, Eyal Golasa with a back injury and Yaniv Katan with a flu won´t take part of the game aswell.

Three key players in Haifa´s lineup and that certainly will be missed tommorow.

Elisha Levy however has made it clear that Haifa won´t only defend itself and intends to be offensive. Most likely Arbeitman will start alongside Dvalishvili having two forwards.

Ali Ottman is expected to start aswell in the expense of Kiyal. The former AHi Nazrath player is actually a rightback, but could play as a midfielder.

Refaelov will susbtitute Yaniv Katan.

Probable lineup: Davidovich; Meshumar, Keinan, Teixeira, Mesilela; Culma, Boccoli, Ottman, Refaelov; Arbeitman, Dvalishvili.

Maccabi Haifa are going to change:

Tiago Dutra in -->
Lior Ravelov out <--

I dont think it was a good idea to let out Arbeitman and Rafelov. Both played well..still have ghadir, Davishvilli and Co. so its good. A very young team out there playing..
They have to play back and take down the Juventus threat...
