cassano is i think the best young talent rite now...his moves are amazing, he makes defenses crazy, great skill and speed, and also has great vision. I dont see anyone rite now who is better than him he surely is a star and will for a star for italian national team soon.

he hardly plays for Roma so don't expect him to get selected for the national team soon. The national team only uses one striker while they have Vieri, Inzaghi, Montella and Delvechio. Cassano could be better than Inzaghi and Delvechio but surely not better than Vieri or Montella.

I cant believe Roma was after Zlatan, that kid got seriously big attitude problems.. and lack much when it comes to personality and respect.. no thank you! Good touch, incredible touch and ball control.. but i must say that after seeing both with my own eyes i think that Cassano(who is an better dribbler then Zlatan, and also have an incredible touch, though Zlatan might have better..) will be a bright star! He has really been good for Roma in the pre-season, dribbling the defenders of Real MAdrid sounds great.. and he was VITAL for Roma the second half of last season!

 

Defoe is the future.

 

I dont know why you dont talk about Postiga. He is going to be a fantastic striker. You shoud see him play.

And of course mantorras is incredible. Hope he gets ok for the next game

Zlatan? Zlatan Ibrahimovic? No way, Cassano is better than Zlatan, Zlatan just wastes chances all the time and does things to shine that aren't necessary. Zlatan is also a trouble-maker.

He is the most overated striker ever to pull on an Azzurini shirt (when he was picked). Gilardinho, Boriello, Bonnazoli and Commandini were all in front of him.


What Roma had in mind when they paid £20m for him is above me, could have got a lot better players than that for that money.

If you want a class player then Roma need look no further than there youth team.............. SIMONE PEPE.

i agree with R9, i do not rate cassano at all, he has been poor for roma an even when at bari he didnt score loads in serieA especially to warrant a 20m price tag!
