There isn't much point in this topic but here's a quick leason for you. If they have a muslim sounding name(eg Alija, Hasan, Fikret) they are Bosniak. If they have a Catholic name (eg Frank, Mario) they are most likely of Croatian ethnicity. If they have a really slav possibly Russian sounding name they are most likely of Serbian ethnicity. Many Croatian & Serbian names can cross over as well but the first name or surname will usually point to one or the other. Otherwise if you're not from the region it may be difficult to tell where the names are from.

If they play for Bosnia though they must think of themselves as Bosnians. Some Serbians & Croatians may see it as a way to promote themselves & open opportunities but I think that taking that step to play for Bosnia pretty much means you're Bosnian.

Pravi ste kompleksasi, will what happened in Kosevo 2 years ago will now be an excuse for everything Serbs do to the people of BiH for the next 100 years??? For the millionth time that topic (Kosevo game) was discussed 50 times over after the incident, why the need to bring it up so many times? Is it valid justification for something maybe? FIFA allows us to appeal for the mistreatment of our fans (it's in the rule books) so leave it alone we ain't doing anything illegal. Your FA also had the right to appeal and rightfully excercised it after the Kosevo game so move on!

BiH is a concocted bullsh*t country where the will of over 1 million Serbs is not adhered to. Any Serb that plays for BiH may as well get a circumcision.

Honestly, Fleka, you come here and try to come off that you just want to make things right, and represent "your side" and then you totally lose it and make comments like that.

Circumcision is not just a religious decision, it is not uncommon in NA at all..I think its basically 50/50 on that.

Manijak, You know what I'm trying to say. That is why you reacted. I as a Serb consider Bosnia to be a Muslim dominated country. So do most Serbs and Croats for that matter. That is why the majority of Bosnjaks embrace BiH while Serbs and Croats do not.

 

I've never heard of a Serb supporting Bosnia. Not even on the Internet.

When you live in a poor country that can barely pay enough wages to get by you're going to take any opportunity you can get to promote yourself. Including playing for Bosnia if you're a Serb. Many Serbs who have done this have been totally ostracized by their community for doing this. The shame that Sinisa Kovacevic brought is a well known example. Despite the possible gains I still agree with you Fleka regarding the snip. I'll never ever support Bosnia even if Serbs are playing for them. Never.

I dont understand when Serbs thought we LIKED them. (and of course I say that generally) I mean I'm just not the type of person to hate.

I dont hate Serbs in general, but you just cant expect Bosniaks to be cheering for Serbia..I mean, it just wont happen. (for obvious reasons)

 

And in regards to Ero.

Nobody is fooled by anything. We know everything Ero has said. His other thread was pretty simple though..BIH are not in, so who you are cheering for?

Well, personally I was there during the war too..I have family there as well (my aunt) so that is a country that I actually got to like to a certain point. And, in my opinion anyways, while Croats look after their interest more, and may not care for Bosniaks either..it just cannot be compared to what Serbs did, and just comparing that relationship in general.
