Just wondering, is it next to the stadium? or will I have to go to a Nike store in the centre (like with Hertha Berlin)

Will be there later this year and while I'll probably be doing the Real madrid stadium tour, I refuse to buy anything there and want an Atletico polo

Yes I can get it online (and pay 20 euros shipping costs :howler: ) , it's more fun getting it at the shop and fitting it first.

Right, that's it.

Gonna do the Atleti stadium tour.

****ing pissed off the other lot choked, not giving me the opportunity to see them win a CL final while in Madrid :frustrat::

Hopefully there'll be some end of season bargains

like the Spurs shirt I got for a tenner in London :D

This years shirts aren't up to standard in my opinion, hence why I didn't buy them.

What are you doing in Madrid and for how long are you staying?

The 9/10 shirt is the nicest imo. I'll then put Kiko or Esnaider on the back :D

Just a quick spring break. We'll be there for 5 days. Will also spend some in Toledo which seems pretty.

2009-2010 shirts were brilliant :worship: I also love the away shirts from 2007-2008, those are actually the last I got myself. You know, you could always put this guy on the 08-09 shirts. Just sayin' :D

I'd rather get AIDS than do that

what is Vallekas? :D

Rayo doable by metro? I can't go to all places though :D (other half :( )

Their stadium is a 1 second walk from metrostation Portazgo, quite easily reachable from the centre.

Vallekas is the working class barrio from Madrid, calling themself not being from Madrid, but from Vallekas ;). They also have a fanshop in the stadium but not sure about opening times or whether the stadium will be accessible.

Rayo of course are the real club 'from Madrid' ;).

Ironically, one of Madrid's most important peña's is from Vallecas. Get tickets to Rayo-Barcelona (yeah, most likely impossible..), they're a very entertaining side, Wally.

There were tourists in Toledo but it wasn't packed. Nice town

Was actually more surprised by the fact that the level of English spoken in Madrid and Toledo was similar to in Italy. Probably the same in France but there I could use my broken French.

As for the Atletico stadium, where were the pickpockets and muggers? :D didn't see any from the walk from Piramedes station to the stadium :(
Shirt bought too less for the price on the website :proud:
Also only saw locals supporting Atletico while in Madrid too. Real who?
