July 21 - Iraq vs Vietnam

Iraq is obviously the heavy favourite going to this match, however our recent record against Middle Eastern team is quite good: beat Oman & Lebanon in Olympic qualification, beat Bahrain 5-3 in a pre-tournament friendly, beat UAE 2-0 & drew Qatar in group stage. We also expect to have the support of 5000 + fans in the Rajamangala stadium (about 3000 people bought the $300 tour going to Bangkok so far). Therefore I would give Vietnam 20-30% winning chance

For the other match, I have a feeling the Aussie will scrape through somehow, they might played like crap against weaker team but against Japan it could be a different story.

oh , so difficult matches to the whole teams .. I wish to be interesting matches , show and a lot of goals of course .

To be honest , i can see Iraq beat Vietnam . There is a gap between both teams .

I can see Iran and Saudia Arabia in the semi-final already. Ill give Vietnam an advantage over Iraq, but a totally equal game for me is Japan - Australia. heres the chance for Japan to make a revenge for the WC defeat!

Japan V Australia should be the cream of the crop, Japan loss to Aus in the world cup 3-1, but one has to remember that even though Japan played shit in the WC, they were still able to hold off the aussie attack for a good 80mins before their defences crumbled to concede 3 goals in the last 10mins. This time round Japan is in great form whilst the Aus team is still finding its feet, i'm predicting a 2-1 to Japan
