pyuniks squad is decent. but their keeper aivazov is way too inexperienced, signing berezovsky would make things complete. ulisses is going to do poorly. i think they have a very crappy squad. just a bunch of russian and georgian nobodies. shirak isn't the same shirak anymore. their squad has definitely gotten weaker these past couple of years. boughouhi isn't a reliable player. deble and beko were way better than him.

Creative midfielder, can play AM and on the wings, good dribbling & passing, knows how to score. He was basically MIKA's best player the past 2-3 years.

I don't think that he's more talented than Ghazaryan, but he'd be much more motivated (I think that's Gevo's main problem) playing for the NT. Also I've onlx seen him play in the APL, so not sure how he'd do at the international stage.

But Satumyan and Aleksanyan are the best AM's in the APL and both deserve a call up to the NT (obviously Satumyan has better chances now as a Pyunik player).

 

I say we pool our Yankee dollars together and put a quick bet on Pyunik winning the 2016 Champion's League. Great odds now at 10001 to 1. I think the real odds should be closer to 4400 to 1. The bookies just based our strength on the qualifying round without thoroughly doing their research.

kasparov moved to alashkert. so have 4-5 other mika players, including Andranik Voskanyan, who by APL standards, was one of the better CB's. him and ararat arakelyan would make an interesting pair in the back. they're also planning on signing 3 foreigners to strengthen the squad. shirak needs a keeper badly. elyazyan is a nightmare and their reserve sucks as well.

 

Russian GK Vsevolod Ermakov is on trial at Shirak, but there won't be any other transfers because "there is not enough time" according to Shirak's coach. Wtf.

partizan sucks ass. shirak dominated them home and away a couple years back. pyunik's task is simple. if they can make it to the 3rd round, they will get an automatic play off spot at the europa league qualifiers if eliminated. f they make it to the cl play offs then they will automatically be in the europa league group stage if eliminated.

 

pyunik seems to have a decent forward on trial with them. he's played in leagues far superior to the apl.
