Well it's time that we made a thread abt our players who play in Europe,

Mido has been on superb form so far, & he was the MOM in his last game, & he's ajax's top scorer with 5 goals this season
Naybet, I never heared of him since he scored that winner against Man Utd more than a year ago, since then nth, as if he suddenly disappeared (X-files:D)
there are other players playing all over Europe like :
Saleem bin 3ashour (france), taher il Khelj (England), Hadji (England), Boukari (France), many many more, JLP can you make this sticky plz?
We'd update all the info abt how out players are doing weekly ;)

Midos doing well. Scoring regularly. Probably time for him to join a better club in a much better league!

Youssef Chippos still playing for Coventry. Hadjis usually on the bench as is Tahar El Khalej!

in the Spartack Moscow vs. Basel game, a player called Rossi scored the 1st goal for Basel, is he the former Morocco intl. player?

No! it's not him
you think about Youssef Rossi who is supposed to play for Dunfermline(he had an career threatning injury and signed for the club, now he is back in fullshape and have gone awol) in Scottland but he refuses as he thinks he is better than the club. He currently trains with Raja casablanca to keep his shape.

About moroccans in europe you can watch the player section at www.moroccan-soccer.info there is over a 100players

A strange place to find a Moroccan or any Arab player is Kiev! (at least in my opinion). Dynamo Kiev got some guy called El Kaddouri! a left wing back or winger.

Naybet's Depor were held to a draw away to Real S (dunno how to spell the rest of their name:D)
Ajax which has Trabelsi & Mido will play today a crucial game against Inter Milan, I hope I'll be able to watch it :)
btw don't you think that Bu sh3eeb il mobaraky the Moroccan playing in Al Sad of Qatar should play in Europe?
he's very good & talented

Bouchaib El Moubarki is very talented and gifted but propably ruined his career by signing for a club in the Gulf. He had offers from france and Belgium but choosed the gulf. He will know move from a club in Qatar to Uae to saudi and his career will be forgotten.

About Kaddorui in kiev he playes CL football and will propably move to Italy as some clubs seems interessted. Dynamo Kiev have invited several moroccans for trials lately.

Mido and Trabelsi will feature in the second round with Ajax

Ramy Sha3ban would surely play in the second group phase as Seasmen is injured and even if not he is crap,Ramy played greatly against PSV

Waiting for Naybet and El Kadourri tonight...........

god !! you are here since ages and it seems like you don't know a clue about football !
Naybet is a defender !!! he is not supposed to score ! he just defends !! he is a masterpiece in one of the best teams in the world ... which no other arabian player is ... so at least we can show him some respect !!
btw , Alex Fergusson said that in his opinion Naybet is the best defender in the world...

Nope. He didnt play for Sweden, so he is still up for grabs and he can join any team he wants (even Finland).

Last interview with him he said he is a little shifted towards Egypt.

But I expect him to play for Sweden and I honestly dont want him to play for Egypt.
what does Finland has to do with him?
btw I also hope that he doesn't play for Egypt, better for him to play for Sweden...

His mother is from Finland.

As for whats better for him, whats better for him is to stick to the nation of his parents and be loyal. I HATE (repeat, HATE) players who run away to better teams and not represent a country they are linked to from their parents side (Egypt/Finland).

And the fact that he played 2 seasons in the Egyptian and attended college in Egypt must also be taken into consideration.

But as I said, we have two better goalkeepers and I personally dont want him on the team.
