I wonder what Aziz Yildirim is thinking now. Probably something along the lines of: "It's okay guys, I'll open another Fenerium store to compensate..."

Man don't take it so personally... I have a lot of respect for anadolu teams and have a soft spot for Karsiyaka for instance I especially find the fans o such clubs to be very passionate... But most anadolu teams play a defensive scared game in which they have very little shots against the big clubs thats all... I am not saying all of them play like this and they certainly might not play like that against eachother but it's not wrong to suggest they have a tendency to play in such a manner against the big clubs... again doesn't mean they always do :smileani:

Last weak Gaziantepspor played like a big club...

While Fener is my adopted Turkish team, Valencia is the team I have always supported. We went through what Fener is going through now last year. Brought in a foreign manager (Ronald Koeman), he brought in players that were rubbish, changed the way the team played, formations, benched/limited playing time/didn't play important players, etc. and we were close to getting relegated at the end of the season. We sacked him and brought in Unai Emery this year and Valencia is 4th in the league. Fener won't get relegated obviously though. But Aragones has to go. Someone who understands Turkish football and Fenerbahce needs to come in. Not another glamour signing.

The millions of Euros these players are paid, and the first class lifestyles they're given should be plenty of motivation.

I can relate to a supporter booing. The ones who pay hundreds of YTL to watch this team and gets no return on the investment. :groan:

Ok that's cool and all waq but I want you to name me 5 Anadolu teams who play scared defensive futbol in this league as of right now though. Everyone says it but no team plays like that anynmore. In the past yes I agree with you 100% but the last few years there's been a change in this league. Trabzon, Sivas, Kayseri, Antep even stupid Ankara "BB" getting in on the action

Can you ever recall a Fenerbahce player going down with cramps? Is it that they are just so much more fit.....or is is that they dont push themselves to the limit like these scrappy players from smaller clubs do? :undecide:
