Not really, but it's alternating between pissing down and being humid. Typical Melbourne weather, then.

Selling on ebay is easy as pie. Just ensure that you can get the goods out in a timely fashion once you sell and that you make the payer pay for postage. I find it's only really worth selling big items as the time and hassle required to get down to the post office and get a parcel isn't worth it.

Some tips with listing:

Don't list multiple items in one auction. Ie, if you have 5 PS2 controllers, sell them seperately and offer the buyer savings on postage if he buys from your other items ( provide link)

Give all relevant information about product and include in your terms the right to withdraw auction from sale at any time.

Other than that, just follow what most other successfull sellers do (ie. include a pic, although you do have to pay) and give prompt responses to potential buyers.

The Cutting Edge: The Power of Nightmares was a documentary that came on SBS last night. Anyone see it?

I thought it was very interesting, I wasn't planning on watching it, but I seen the start and got involved...once I seen a few minutes, it couldn't get its hooks out of me.

Didn't see it last night, and don't want to comment on specific programs as i rarely watch the Cutting edge these days, but the stories they used to present a few years ago were better imo. It used to be more of an eye-opener and addressed issues that seemed to be ignored elsewhere, but then it started to become just another current affairs show with predictable themes and subjective treatment of the matters in question. Could be that I've just become too cynical though :lala:

Bosanac, you trying to tell us something? :flirt: :D

I agree somewhat with your views to the Cutting Edge, although this doco was excellent. In some parts it was a true eye-opener :D It's won an award too.

I thought it was excellent. Derek Rae did a tremendous interview with Hiddink asking some excellent questions with some equally excellent answers by Sir Guus, and there were some good interviews with some of the Australian players. I especially loved seeing the section about us returning from Montevideo in the chartered plane. Absolutely sensational stuff to have done for the players. Also some good footage on the training field.

One thing I would have like to have seen more of is the reactions in Uruguay. I've only seen a tiny bit of it although it was arguably the best tiny bit I've ever experienced in my life. :pp
