Handanovic: 6
He was very close to have a N/A rating. Escaped the box on two occasions against Bertolacci and Kucka, only that can be called work for him in this match. On that one shot, there was Campagnaro present to block it.
Campagnaro: 6.5
The only new arrival that played from the start and at certain point, he made blazing movement attacking the opponent’s area. Consistent throughout the match.
Ranocchia: 6
Had his head on the ball when Inter were attacking. The leaping was there but the heading was not precise. However, when it was, there was Perin flying over to prevent Ranocchia celebrating.
Juan Jesus: 6
Didn’t have any scary episode but he had to contend Gilaridno and so sometimes, people got by him.
Jonathan: 6.5
This is the Inter player that the fans saw a lot in the first half as he provided depth and a pair of good crosses. More normal in the second half but his other cross (deflected) gave Inter the lead.
Cambiasso: 5.5
Played his 400th game for Inter and oh boy it showed. Playing in the central position but did not provide support. When he left for Kovacic, Inter played with another rhythm.
Kuzmanovic: 5
This is the unexpected: perhaps to give him more confidence or perhaps to showcase him on the transfer market. Playing as left central midfielder and then right, had a shot that went high and nothing more than that. Came out but he stays on the transfer market.
Nagatomo: 6
5th goal in Serie A which was needed to forget a very uneventful start of this season for him. Including some misunderstandings and bows followed after to apologize. Then he went on to score just by slightly touching the ball.
Alvarez: 6.5
This is the mirror of the team. In the first half, he played as a trequartista offensively and had to cover Lodi in the opposite end. Then Alvarez was put in the midfield and the game started to flow.
Palacio: 6.5
The ex Genoa player scores in extra time thanks to the service of Guarin. He plays better with another first forward with him.
Icardi: 6.5
This was almost like a derby as he has already scored against Genoa as a Sampdoria player. He mostly won the physical duels with the defenders and made them look older. Hit the crossbar in the process.
Kovacic: 6
Played only the last part of the game due to some previous physical problems. Provided more chances and possibilities to the two forwards.
Taider: N/A
Made Inter debut. The 8 minutes for him were used to position Taider in front of the defense to ensure the balance of the team’s structure.
Guarin: 6.5 (MOTM)
Inter often burned the opponent on the break and this was where he shined the most. Had several errors at the beginning but redeemed himself in a major way in the second half. Very decisive with passes from his feet.
Mazzarri: 6.5
One that has never lost in Serie A debut and is off to a good start with Inter. He understands how to remodel a team to get better performance. Changed the 3-5-1-1 to a formation with two forwards and Inter took off.
Overall: 6.5
Hadn’t won at home in Serie A since April 21. Counting the Coppa Italia victory, this is a good double win at home. Only one good half, however.

Including some misunderstandings and bows followed after to apologize.
It was a Celebration, not an apology, dumb Gds
