2018:

ENGURLUND.... no better place for a world cup, passion, stadium, history, footie culture, atmosphere, stadiums already built, easy access to everywere and the english fans are second to none!

2022: Aussies.... never had it and they are a cool country:thumbsup::smileani:

2018: I am completely against hosting a tournament in two different countries, which leaves either England or Russia. England deserves to host another WC, it would be phemomenal.

2022: USA, they have had the best success so far in organizing a tournament in terms of fans and attendance from across the globe. Though not to sure how things stand after 9/11 or what effects it might have on the tournament. Therefore, I would like to see the tournament take place in Australia. They have organized the olympics back in 2000 and I believe they did a remarkable job, I say hand it to them.

Not in favor of co-hosting, so I'd like to see England in 2018, although Russia wont be a bad choice either.

In 2022, Australia. Would be great to see the world cup finally on every continent.

Wow, really taking it to some of those classic hotspots of football in 2022 huh? 2018, hope it goes to anywhere but England. This country has more important things to worry about than jizzing wads of cash up against the wall on the World Cup.

2022, well Australia, South Korea & Japan are all crap for European TV audiences. Qatar? No, it'd be like hosting the World Cup in Connecticut, except that Connecticut had 3 times the population. Yeah, America is really the only realistic option for 2022.

australia? are you guys nuts? USA all the way! Biggest sportive market in the world, Big stadiums, lots of fans, biggest market, great/good timezone, etc.

Why waste a world cup in australia? Why not Qatar then?

2018: England, only because I don't like co-hosting and I think Russia should host a Euro first. Not a big fan of the England bid though, because they actually increase their chances of winning the WC to 5% ;)

2022: USA, and I think they are the favorites. Australia wouldn't be too bad. No to Korea or Japan, if Asia is the host it will probably be China...Qatar give me a break

Does anyone really want a World Cup in Australia? Imagine the travelling and the game times. I remember getting up at 6.30am to watch the Rugby World Cup final in 2003, it was not fun.
hmm I didn't think this through properly but their time zone can't be all that different to Japan and S.Korea and tbf they moved the matches to make it ok for us in Europe.

No. Screw those guys on the other side of the world. Really, all World Cups should be in Europe and Africa.

Qatar?

Apparently it is illegal to be drunk in public.

Good luck with that. :howler:

If that's the case and they win the rights to hold the cup then it'll be a good job Scotland will be too crappy to qualify because otherwise the Qatari prisons would be full of the Tartan Army, with no room left for the murderers and thieves in society.
