Let's hope not Gullit. He is one of my favorite players but he is a lousy coach. Van BAsten is fair and Rijkaard is debateable. He won some silverware with Barca but that was a really good team.

 

Hopefully Leo stays. But whatever happens, we need investments on the roster the most. No coach in the world could get us where we should be right now.

 

What I like about Leo is that he will play the best players AND won't be playing someone just because he was a good player in the past.

Gatusso has been the first choice instead of flamini.

 

i like leo as a person and as a scout for milan but i would not be too disturbed if he left as our coach. he did better than expected but expectations were low and he also made some mistakes.

much more important for future success is a good squad which we don't have and won't buy next summer.

 

Lippi is the best option for the current Milan roster. Given that no investment will be made in the summer. It is best to appoint him, and start negotiating with Canavarrr asap.

Lippi would be very much against the traditions since Berlusconi became the owner of the club. Indeed, Berlu has never brought in a coach who had already won either Serie A or Champions Cup/League.

The only two coaches he has signed that had won something semi-important before coming to Milan (Tabarez - Copa Libertadores and Terim - UEFA Cup) are also the two least successful coaches we've had.

I would be very disappointed should Leo leave as I think he has the potential to be a great manager of this club (with the necessary signings that he might have realized he won't get).

even though that article makes sense, I still believe in today's soccer a coach main role is to get his tactics right, and know to read the game and make the appropriate changes. In that regard, Pelle has failed, and the only coach I'd like to replace him is The Special One. If not, he should stay.

I don't think MVB will come as long as Seedorf is still a player here. I don't think they get along very well with MVB not calling him up for the national team couple of years ago.

True. But I say if Berlu was taking care of him better, any desire of him wanting to coach Brazil would be minimal.

When the board keep attacking you for no apparent reason and then at the same time fail in delivering the players you request, leaving for a dream job back home for the World Cup is a simple decision.

 

Leonardo is doing an excellent job with the the antiques he has at his disposal!

 

I know we all like Leo, but it is no secret that Tassotti has been our coach this season anyway. If Leo leaves I think he would be great, particularly because he is interested in letting many of the valid players from the primavera make the transition.

I have a feeling that Tassotti will take over from Leo, even if I hope Leo will stay. If Leo leaves my personal choice would be Billy, even if that is not realistic for obvious reasons.

i'm sure galli will do the job as good as leo because mauro will help him as he has done with leo.
