Who do you guys think is the best african player?

My vote goes to JayJay Okocha from Nigeria. His technical skills and moves makes him a joy to watch. He is quite effective aswell. He has proved his worth for the nigerian NT and his clubs (Fenerbahce, Bolton and Eintracht Frankfurt) over and over again. That means he has been pretty consisent aswell.

a couple of years ago I felt Mcarthy was da mn but he was screwd over by CAF, prize went to Eto'

ATM: Eto'o no doubt
All-time: Probably King George but hard to pick. There is also most notably Abedi Pele (arguably more talented than Weah) but also Madjer, Belloumi, Milla, Abega and Bwalya.

How can you say it's Eto'o? He couldn't even get his country into the World Cup eventhough they had a very competitive squad.

Best African player right now is Ghana's Michael Essien.

Best all time has got to be the Liberian George Weah.
