Ok, so in less than 2 months a new, 16th, UPL championship will start...

The two teams relegated are: Volyn and Zakarpattia
The two teams likely to get promoted are Zorya (who have already qualified) and Karpaty - 4 games to go in the First Division

The only two teams who've failed to aquire an attestation are Zorya and Arsenal... I could've added Karpaty to that list as well, but it seems the stadium will be fixed before the new seasons starts...
The deadline to submit all required documents is today...

Arsenal, as many of you know have lost their sposnor in the City Hall and have been rumoured to be merging with First Division side Obolon. If thats the case and Zorya wont do enough to get their promotion place, then it seems Zorya will stay in the UFL, while Obolon gets promoted (technically) and Volyn will stay up... Similar thing already happened in the UPL few seasons back when Zaporizzya (who were in the relegation zone) only stayed up because the team above them werent able to support themselves financially anymore (dont remember the name of teh team)...

Some stats about the attendacnes of the previous UPL championships i found:
Code:
Season	Total Attendance Average
1992/92	1,028,220 3,650
1992/93	1,436,400 5,985
1993/94	1,801,520 5,887
1994/95	1,697,180 5,546
1995/96	1,789,650 5,926
1996/97	1,390,700 5,800
1997/98	1,405,050 5,879
1998/99	1,821,100 7,588
1999/00	1,941,400 8,089
2000/01	1,699,750 9,339
2001/02	1,765,807 9,702
2002/03	1,779,150 7,413

Poligraftekhnika was the team, and there was a very strong smell of scandal coming from the city of Zaporizhzhya at the time.

I don't think it was too much of a scandal when basically Polihraftexnika ran out of money and The Kozaks had enough to buy the license.

As far as Volyn not getting relegated - I reckon its in their best interests that they regroup.

Thank's for the attendence stats! Wow that's a big gross since last year. This year when Karpaty will join i hope it will grow much too! 2 million is a goal so far.

Also really hope Dynamo fans will start going on the stadium

Guys what happening with dynamo fans? Kiev got twice more population than Donetsk! Come on, and out of those total probably 20 000 from game vs Shactar. It's really a shame.. I heard prices on tickets are very low, so what the problem? Here in USA i gone to Mls match where Los Angeles played, and they wanted a preety high price for ticket, but still i was happy to watch it in real life, not sit my butt in front of tv.

Kyiv fans are lazy... They get wayyyy too much football... Europe, national, International... Also its very predictable that DYnamo will beat every team they play at home, so in a way it bores the fans, if you can all them that... :lala:
Good crowds only come to see CL games... Even international games dont get good attendances.. Thats why those games should be played elsewhere, where there will be a problem to get a ticket like Lviv, Donetsk,Dnipropetrovsk, Odesa...

Not only they're lazy, they're fat too from sitting in front their TVs. It has been that way for decades. They would go to one game in the championship (Spratak M or Shaxtar), some Euro Cups, and a few National Team games (when playing likes of Spain) - altogether 4-5 games a season at most. And if it's raining - forgetaboutit.

Well it is also predictable that donetsk will beat every single team, so why does the have 3x larger crowd ??? And i hate all those peoples who paint their faces and bring dynamo flags on match only in game vs shactar and trying to call themselves fans, and in the rest of games sit their butts near tv. Thats not fans.

I'm just wondering what the problem to come on stadium? I have friend in kiev who told m e that the prices are very cheap. and also i read an arrticle about that that they are cheap too.

I heard dynamo fans wants new big european arena, but for what? if only about 5-6 000 fans coming every time so you just want half of the stadium to be empty?

Awful! instead of making modern logo like Arsenal London did with their in 2001, they changed it to some Ussr crap with all those 20-th century things on the sides. Very bad. They should had take example from Tavriya, they got awesome new logo. But what is this???

Uefa will ban club from entering any european competition with logo like this :pp
