We return to Camp Nou for last of the 4 clasicos in CL semi final action.

With a 2 goal advantage we seem to have the upper hand but it is another 90 minutes of football. Hope everyone is focused and not thinking of being at Wembley already. Most of the squad has been rested and they should be able to start. We just need to stay focused and concentrate on our style of play. The crowd will be of immense help.

For Madrid, Mourinho would like to use his tactical ability to control the game. I don't expect him to have a defensive line due to (a) Pepe & Ramos not available to play (b) they need to score 2 goals atleast (c) and the riches he has in attack with Benzema, Higuain, Adebayor, Ronaldo, Kaka and Ozil. However he will be cautious to not repeat the mistakes of the manita by not going on an all out attack. The problem lies if Madrid scores first and early, then the pressure will be immense.

However we just need to keep with our philosophy and play our brand of football and stay focused.

Possible line-up:
Valdes
Alves-Mascherano-Pique-Puyol
Xavi-Busquets-Iniesta (Keita if the Andres cannot make it)
Pedro-Messi-Villa

FORÇA BARÇA!!!!

We should not forget that we still haven't won anything, while they have one title.

The ref (Proenca :rollani: or De Bleckeere) must be strong and righteous.

We're through with win, tie or one goal defeat.

I don't think it will be an all out attack from rm side. Mourinho will be playing his defensive game till at least the 80th minute because he knows, that when they score with 10 minutes left, things will get crazy and anything can happen.

It will be important for us to put one in first to force them out. Not over yet this one... but obviously we are clear favorites to go through.

We're not through to Wembley yet. These will be 90 (or 120) long minutes. No time for relaxation, slacking or mistakes. Go with our regular game and keep focused on the task to reach the final.
We're favorites of course but let's not think about that too much.

Dont let yourselves be fooled by this fancy photo. Its simply untrue cause Barca always gets favored by the refs and Mourinho is always persecuted. Like in that case, everybody was and is jacking off for the Motta red card while this call that actually decided the tie is nicely forgotten.

Fvcking *******.

RM won't attack. Remember the return leg vs Chelsea in 05-06. We won 1-2 in London and Mourinho came to Barcelona to defend that great result.

I expect us to dominate and win. Without Pepe, their tactical masterplan of kicking anything that moves suffers a little.

Play our normal game, keep the ball, move it around, make them work. Play as if it is 0-0. How they line up will be interesting, with 2 of their thugs out, as Kopriva says their normal "chop the shit out of us" plan is in trouble.

But either way, no relaxation, no mercy. They are our enemies, and the players have the perfect chance to shut this bunch of whining tossers up for a long time.

The final classico is upon us! After 3 classicos away from home and all sorts of grass issues we return the the low cut grass which will be watered! Time to show Borinho how its done and book our flights to London!

Is anyone else as nervous as me? Surely I can't be the only one who's expecting the worst.

Quote:
Real Madrid have asked UEFA to susepend 6 Barcelona players for unsporting behaviour during Wednesday's CL game

Even then against 5 players would they attack?

Xavi: "It's a shame that in 2011 there are rules about earrings and undershirts but not about the condition of the pitch."
:howler:
Xavi: "Everything around the game's very sad. We just want to play and talk football. Mourinho? I'm nobody to judge the behaviour of others"
Xavi: "We'll try to enjoy the game, make the people enjoy, and achieve our objective, which is getting to the final at Wembley."

Tu eres el puto Dios on the field and still more humble than this Portuguese traductor, el puto jefe en la sala de prensa
