First Leg is 25/26 July

2nd Leg is 1/2 August

Hopefully they follow the path of Artmedia, though, of course, it will be quite difficult to scrape through.

And just to make sure: this is the 2nd Qualifying Round, not the 1st.

I've merged the threads of our teams in europe into one and made it a sticky for everyone to have a good overview...Sorry about the temporary chaos it mayhave caused..Rieco

Ružomberok coach František Komňacký said: "We are ready to represent Slovakian football as well as we can. Our international experience is nil - we have only played Slovakian teams and have no concrete idea what to expect. The Swedish league is athletic as far I know, similar to the English Premiership."

So these guys are apparently quite good.

The best Swedish club team at the moment. At least, that's what I read.:pp

:scared:

I belvie that Djurgaardens are a very though opponet.

I do not want to be pesimistic, but I doubt that Ruzomberok will be able to overcome them...hopefully I'm wrong.
Jendrisek will score 5 past them.:lick: :strong:

Cork have beaten Djurgardens twice in Europe over the past two years..

I reckon that Cork City and Artmedia Bratislava last season were on the same level, if that's any help. Can't speak for Ruzomberok (I want them in the CL.. Just for the name)

Do it for Slovakia, Ruzomberok.

Well, do it for money first, of course, and for the fame, but then do it for Slovakia also.:pp

Well, they lost 1-0, so they still have a good chance of progressing.

Artmedia lost 1-2, but still advances to the 2nd qualifying round because of goal differential (3-2).

Congrats to Ruzomberok on the win against DIF... a close call In my oppinion. Today they were the better team and deserved their victory, eventhough the red card was a bit unfair, since Johanesen wasn't the last man, but it's the refs cal..

We'll see how they match against CSKA...
