Good idea for a thread.

I can't believe I am the only one interested in Selecao statistics, but think I am! Conme forward if you are interested in facts and figures please.

Dunga is doing things in his own way and is trying to "shake up the world" as one boxing/life icon once sort of said.

Who are we playing in February 2007 btw??

Sorry to start this way, but is everyone here happy with Dunga?

For me he is getting praise by doing nothing special, plus some strange calls.
Yeah, currently I'm happy with Dunga's work. Especially for having the balls to send Ronaldinho Gaucho to the bench, which he has been deserving for quite a while. The Brasilian media is already protesting and making it seem like a vast injustice (which is really isn't), but so far Dunga is sticking to his guns and showing coherence, and I applaud him for it.

I hope Dunga finally puts JC as our goalkeeper. He made an unbelievable penalty save against Siena, when Inter was winning 1-0. That was his second penalty save in three games. Also, not to mention, he made other great saves throughout the game!

By the way, does anyone know when the 2007 calender of games for the Selecão be made available? I'd want to see if not 2, at least one game live there next year...:hopefull:

The calendar is available at www.cbfnews.com.br

It's in the Caderno 2007 part of their site - so it's not on the Seleção page.

The caderno indicates the following dates as National Team play:

February 7
March 24 and 28
June 2 and 6
June 26 - July 15 (Copa America)
August 22
September 8 and 12 (possible World Cup qualifiers)
October 13 and 17 (likely World Cup qualifiers)
November 17 and 21 (possible World Cup qualifiers)
