Herea, Sapunaru and Tatarusanu called. Stancu and Muresan again. Probably the best list since Lucescu is in charge.

Chivu - Tamas - Sapunaru - Rat will start for sure

I'm hoping Deac and Muresean start along side Radoi and Torje but Torje will probably be a super sub.

Marica and Stancu should start, if Marica can't go, then Niculae and Stancu.

I really hope Mutu comes back into this team as he would add brilliance to a potentially nice squad.

 

Hmmm... Radoi in the backline against Albania is what I see in this squad.

I'd play Pantilimon-Sapunaru, Maftei, Tamas, Rat-Deac, Muresan, Herea, Tanase-Stancu, Bilasco (since Chivu is out the first match, and if Marica is as well), but that's a bit risky, considering that's not really a team since they haven't played together.

Luce's team will no doubt contain Radoi as CB in the first match, D. Niculae as SS, Florescu as CM.

Here's my guess for the team against Albania:
Lobont-Dananae, Radoi, Tamas, Rat-Cocis, Florescu, Muresan, Deac-Bilasco, Niculae

Next thing: Torje, Stancu and Muresan. A pretty good selection, even with 3+ of our best players out (Chivu, Mutu, Goian, even Marica perhaps).

If you consider Tanase starter, then Tanase.

I don´t know if Marica is fit.

 

Rumor: Apparently, Torje had a secret pact with Razvan: he was given the opportunity to be selected for the NT qualifiers if he played well for Dinamo and the U21 where he was badly needed.

We maybe (repeat, maybe) win this game. But I still don´t know how we'll win in Belarus. The last time we played there we won thanks to Mutu.

 

Albania is actually not bad right now, so be careful Romania...The 6-1 result will never happen again, I don't even remember that result anymore but it won't happen again, we beat 6-1 Cyprus who is like 20 places up from us in fifa ranking so we aint that bad right now.

 

one of your guys still owe someone from here money from a bet. You guys were saying back then that you'd win and it ended in a 6:1 bashing... If you dont even remember it it means you either "forgot" it or didnt watch football at that time.

I'd like to see Tatarusanu instead of Lobont, Muresan and Herea instead of Cocis and Florescu and Stancu instead of D. Niculae.

It would be idiotic to play with Cocis and Florescu there.

While in the rest of lines we are more or less well covered, midfield is still our big problem. The central midfield to be exact. And it's there where our game has to be built.

Playing with Cocis and Florescu is not a solution.
