We will beat them by 6-7 goals. We almost always do.

 

With Romania we can beat those small teams such as Luxembourg, San Marino, etc. by huge margins. But its those teams like Albania, Lithuania, etc. that always give Romania trouble.

 

Actually i think Romania is very effective against inferior teams. The Nt rarely fails against them. It´s the big teams that puts us in trouble.


And actually i´m a bit concerned about this game. If we manage to beat Holland, we may be so confident and think the game is already won, and if we loose, it´ll be hard to find the motivation for such a game only 3 days later. We should win anyway tough.

 

One of sports cardinal rules:

"Never under-estimate your opponent"

If the Romanian NT breaks this one rule, they don't deserve to qualify.
They should treat every game the same way regardless of who the opponent is.

Doubtful. I'm going to the Holland game and it's like 50 degrees and raining in Holland.

 

I am not saying that they have done so in the past, just for them to be careful with the weaker teams that they will face during the rest of the qualifying campaign.

My point is that no results will come easy. True, these other teams are not the same level as Holland, but the Romanian NT has to prepare just as thoroughly for every team they play. They will not get very far if they don't.

I have faith that Romania will qualify, I just don't want to see a result happen to them like what happened to Ireland in Cyprus a few months ago. That's all....

Luxembourg have only received 6 goals in 4 games. Holland and Bulgaria beated them by minimum margins, so this is not a joke and we have to take this game seriously.

it's ok, pulhac is a very talented player.. and we can call up an extra player because of it.

 

We should win this game. The players didn't seem too euphoric or with their head in the clouds. I'm sure they'll treat the game seriously. I'd like to see Zicu, Mazilu and the rest play as well.

 

I'm looking forward to see the NT playing in front of the crowd in Piatra Neamt, on a well renewed modern stadium. Yeah, we should win this but I'd like to see some new names during the game like Zicu.
Otherwise, Lobont prooved against Holland to be in a good form. Finally, we have to super-goalies from where we can choose an d we can always rely on these guys. I think they should be used in some kind of rotation, so it would be nice to pick Coman for the game against Luxembourg.
