if you think your serie a ambitions are over, i would have to say you're overreacting. evry week either juve, inter or roma are dropping points or all three, like this weekend. it's so competitive right now, and with roma on top now with their mad shedule in the weeks coming, i v=can't see them on top after its finished, neither juve, because of our defensive problems plus the injuries piling up. inter is inter, when they're under pressure they flop. so, milan have a chance to come out of it.

Though I miscalculated our spread from the top :embarass: said that next wendsday we face an indeed solid team like Palermo away, currently we're not even entitled to think big.

I havent seen much of Serie A this year but 6 points gained 6 points dropped with other title challengers like Roma, Inter and Juve all dropping points as well, it means nothing. I'd still be confident with the amount of match winners Milan have.

Very competitive as another poster as said.

A 6 point haul against the teams we've played is extremely disappointing. I don't think that Milan has the desire or players to compete for the Scudetto this season, our transfer policy is staggering to say the least. Still, I'm forever hopeful that we'll string some results together to propel us into a more challenging position.

KillieMilan? That sounds like a new alias for Diav with his love for Killie Pies :pp
On top of actually having full knowledge what a proper Pie is supposed to be, the man also knows his footie. Unfortunately may I add :eyepatch:

All in all, were scored 6 goals over 4 matches, never through a striker. Bur for our debut 3-0 win vs Genoa, we have never kept a blank sheet.
Should we seriously start worrying?

The lack of clean sheet by itself isn't that big of deal imo. Milan has allowed 3 goals in 4 games which translates to about 28 goals in a complete season which has the been the norm for this team in the last 5 or 6 seasons. Lets look at the the 3 goals. One was the result of comical clearance from Kaladze which combined with Dida's initial mishandling led to the Siena debacle. Even the best defenders in the world make stupid mistakes like those on occasion. I admit though Kaladze has been a bit shaky lately and Dida well the phrase Jekyll and Hyde comes to mind. The two other goals were the result of crosses from the left side which had beaten Nesta. Now I am not blaming Nesta at all because the players covering the actual goal scorers should have done a better job and it's likely that our current fullbacks are always being caught out of position by their runs up the flanks. These examples prove that Milan's defense isn't watertight but of course I don't expect it to be that way certainly not like the way that the back four of the early 90s can completely strangled the life out of opponent's attack. Nesta is the only world class defender that we currently have on the pitch. Kaladze is nothing more than just another serviceable CB. Janku is not really a defensive minded fullback. For these reasons I can understand why people has been clamoring in the last 2 years for a new CB to come in. But I also think that a system like the Christmas tree with the protections of 3 DMs enables the team to have a good defensive record without having a truly superior back four because defense isn't just the backline and goalkeeper so in this sense I am not overly concerned.

What I more concerned about is the lack of goal scoring. Hopefully Ronaldo's return will remedy that problem.

The problem seems not to be that we aren't playing well it's that when we are playing well and dominating the match we are failing to score. It needs to be remedied soon either the return of Ronaldo or a return to form of Inzaghi/Gilardino.

You're overreatcing. You're 4 points from the top and you have played 4 matches. In a few weaks you'll have Ronaldo and in the winter, Pato. You need strikers cause Gila's not doing well and Pippo won't be fired up forever. But still, Fiorentina will get the title.

What already:nono:...Just six games.....Hope that milan get their form back soon....

I agree with IL Pres clearly we can see already we're going to struggle throughout the season. We are struggling to find the back of the net already and the dropping of point's at home especially to lowly Parma is of a great concern.I agree our prioritie's are clearly not on the domestic front this season.

I think our poor form has nothing to do with priorities. We should have injected more fresh blood into this team through transfer market. At the moment we are not playing well, but it's too early to panic. But if we keep playing like this..

With this team, getting so old, with this shiti transfer policy and this stupid coach I think our Serie A campaign finished before it started really. The 1st 4 games are just a clear result of all this. We might get lucky again in UCL and play another semi or may be final, and if we get very very lucky we might even win it again as we all know the UCL format is all about luck and the really solid good teams like Inter, Roma, Juve in the past, may I add Chelsea and even ManuUtd, were never allowed their true potential in Europea as UCL is all about luck and some have it and others just dont, and yes, I mean Inter.

Reality check! :(
