the important thing is that they let the jersey simplier they can, no change hem, every nation has to be more similar to the classic one, that's the right way

last WC's where the worst jerseys ever, by this from euro's is the best we ever had, the simplier the better :thumbsup:

 

Yeah Zono the 2002 shirts were a disaster! These don't look bad, but you can't see any details from this pic. Nike can really suck, the Adidas shirts are already on sale while Nike has some constipation problem with releasing their shirts. :notlist:

its great that theyve gotten rid of the template idea, the dutch one is a bit much but the croatian one is awesome, if thats what they use for the world cup itll be the best jersey there by far, cant wait for the aussie one

I agree the simpler the better. I love the checkers but for at least 1 tournament I'd like to see an all-red shirt.

 

come on checkers are somesort of our trademark
croatia without checkers would be like brazil without a yellow shirt
or england without white shirt
or italy without blue shirt
there's just something missing
therefore checkers must stay

Problem is, then we look like every other team....the checkered shirts are exactly what makes us recognizable..that and great football...

It's simple..when you see a white shirt, black shorts, white socks..who do you think of? Germany of course...

When you see light blue and white vertically stripped jerseys, with black shorts and white socks? Well, its Argentia

When you see a yellow shirt, blue shorts, white socks..its Brazil...

Same goes for us..instant recognition..if we go with a solid red shirt, white shorts, blue socks...well, we then start looking like the Czechs and who wants that?

checkers at home, blue away. i don't like this "new" jersey though. i think all checkered is tacky. it should be checkers over white, like the 98, 2002, or 2004 jersey. "home white" should remain prevalent with some sort of cool checkered theme there, but riding along a white background.

 

It wouldn't be all red, just the shirt. If it's good enough for Hammer Cro it's good enough for the national team :stuckup:
