Just to remind Máté this is the country we're playing and not the region in Romania called Moldavia :)
With our recent results we should win this  I think we should aim for 0-2 away win at least.

I would like to see this side start the match

---------------Fülöp------------------
Bodnár---Juhász-----Vaskó---Vanczák-
------------Vass---Tőzsér------------
Gera------------Hajnal------Dzsudzsák
---------------Feczesin---------------

Bodnár just coming back... and I don't think we'll need the defensive qualities in this match :) so why not have him as another attacking option and allow Gera to come inside? hey why not put in Halmosi for Vanczák too? :excited:

0-2 win at least? sry but I don't think you've been following their most recent results so let me tell you about them: they tied Bosnia at home and then beat them away. they tied Malta at home and then beat them away. they tied Turkey at home. Greece and Norway beat them only 0-1... what i'm trying to say is I don't think we should have some sort of 'this will be an easy match' attitude coming into this game because there might be one more surprise for our team in this qualifying campaign if we don't take them seriously...

did u jus completely ignore what I wrote?! Turkey's players r much better then ours yet they only could tie them.. and Norway and Greece who both dominated us only managed to win 0-1 so why would you expect us to have better results then Turkey Norway and Greece?! i'm not saying we can't win by more then 0-2 but im saying I wouldn't expect it!

I wouldn't play Dzsudzsák, isn't he in bad form?
Stop listening to Józsi :) He just doesn't like him for some unknown reason.
He's not playing at top form right now. But he's still providing and scoring.
I know Halmosi came on and did better in the 2nd half against Poland but everyone did better. I believe Dzsudzsák would have done the same at least. Also nobody mentioned that Gera didn't play very well. He was just on the same level as Dzsudzsák but he always gets away from criticism. Only Pista bácsi and I have criticized him in the history of XT :) or at least from what I can remember.

scores don't matter much-if they lose 2-0 or 3-0 to Norway, they still lost. Did you see those matches-unless you did, you shouldn't comment on them. They may have been totally dominated. The Hungarian team is loaded with young kids who will be playing in big leagues next season. Moldova has nothing and Moldova at home means nothing-they'll have what, 1000 fans.

My prediction is 1-1. Goalscore will be Fecze. My lineup is almost the same as Bentex ;) But with three changes. Halmosi is beter than Jujak and Szelesi because he's getting playing time in a bigger league than Austria, and Bodor because he's so cool and currently in great form for Roda.

---------------Fülöp------------------
Szelesi---Juhász-----Vaskó---Vanczák-
------------Vass---Bodor------------
Gera------------Hajnal------Halmosi
---------------Feczesin---------------

Any win would be real nice. Fecze must start, I would have also rather Halmosi than Jujak (but let in Jujak as a sub if needed to prove his worth), rather Szelesi than Bodnar (lacks practice). Tosser is fine for me, his Malta performance was really nice, and I believe in this partnership, but Vadocz should hang around too.

I would be happy with a one goal win, if they score first it will be very tough, I predict Gera and Hajnal will score and we'll win 2-1

I agree with MagyarGyerek, we shouldn't inderestimate their side. They've achieved many respectable results in this qualifying campaign so we really shouldn't take them for granted just because of their form on paper.

I will be dissappointed if we don't win this, but at the same time, i do think that we should take them seriously as otherwise we could be in for a bad surprise.

what you fail to realize is that this Hungarian team is HUNGRY-the young kids love playing together and put forth great effort each time they are out. These kids appreciate that they are representing Hungary. Even hajnal and gera (2 older players) don't show any signs of disinterest.

how can you say scores don't matter much. What do you think is a closer game?! a 1-0 loss or a 3-0 loss?! Moldova has had some decent results against GOOD teams and you can't ignore that... that's all i'm saying. Nonetheless I expect us to win and I want us to score a lot of goals against them but i'm not saying it's going to be as easy as everyone thinks

yeah, but the 3-0 against Turkey was not really a3-0 game. All accounts said we outplayed them. Then you have other results where a Moldova may have aclose score on the road but get blown out at home by the same team. My point is Moldova doesn't have anyone on that team, they won't have many fans and we have talented young kids hungry to perform well. We are gonna beat Moldova and then beat Greece-there is no doubt in my mind that THIS group of players would have made 2nd place in the qualifiers had they played from the beginning at this level. If you add Nemeth and Huszti to the wc qualifiers, we are gonna be the most dangerous 4 seed in a long time

First of all, neither Hajnal nor Gera are that old in the first place.

Second of all, I don't "fail to realize" that the side is more hungry than ever, however...

Greece, Norway, Turkey and Bosnia were all hungry as well when they played Moldova since they were all in the running for qualification at the times when they were playing Moldova, however that didn't stop them from having a hard time taking the three points and, in some cases, failing to take the three points.

And anyway, you could say that Moldova are just as hungry as we are - their side is playing better now than I can ever remember the Moldovan national team playing! That of course still doesn't make them good, but it does mean that at the very least we should take the game seriously. I don't see how you can argue my point that we should take a game seriously.

yes, i think Dzsudzsak should be left off for now. he's way too inconsistent and immature. did anyone read his interview in this weak's Sport Plusz? he says Beranek's tactics are wrong... no, he doesn't allude to that, doesn't hint, doesn't suggest, he flat out says his coach's tactics are wrong. same coach that won the league last year, leads it right now and has them scoring 4 goals a game. but that's besides the point. no player can say that, not in public at least.
also, he says that with all the excitement about him signing abroad, only two teams actually made offers: Elfsborg and a Championship side. i thought that was interesting. Also said that Elfsborg would have been good, but he wants something even better.
Anyways, i think he's a classic case of a real talent not being able to handle the hype for right now. Needs to get his head straight.

Same used to be true for another player 4-5 years ago, by the way. Went abroad as a young prodigy and flopped badly, came back to the Hungarian league with his tails between his legs. Put in a couple of stellar seasons and moved abroad again, to a better league. And i think he should be starting ahead of Dzsudzsak right now: Halmosi.

I also agree that Szelesi should stay as a starter, but Bodnar should come on as a sub, especially if we are winning.

Generally, i'm with Carbajal - and with people advocating stability. Especially in a winning team. And there's no way we should underestimate Moldova.

This will be the toughest test since the Turkey game. Good thing we are playing with confidence right now. What i'm worried about is that by mid-November, the lack of playing time can really make players rusty. We have a few people not getting enough mileage, maybe the lineup will need some tinkering in those spots.

of course we taken them seriously but I seriously believe we should beat them with ease

   This is a huge surprise for me, I had no idea that Elfsborg made a bid for him. There has not been a word about this in the papers here. It is an even bigger surprise when I think of the general view of him and Debrecen when they were here. Especially I remember when Johan Mjällby, one of the commentators at Elfsborg-Debrecen, (and an ex NT-player for Sweden, I'm sure some of you know who he is) said, after the other commentator mentioned that Tord Grip from Man C was there to look at Dzsudzsák, that "I sure wouldn't give a pound for him".

Of course Magnus Haglund, Elfsborg's coach, said good things about Dzsudzsák. But anyway, what are he supposed to say? He probably just got asked to give an opinion about Dzsudzsák and gave the politically correct one; that he is a good player.

However, I wouldn't want Dzsudzsák to play here. That would be to destroy his career. Elfsborg is not a better team than Debrecen and the hungarian league is better than the swede, despite what people think. Trust me, I see both hungarian and swedish league every week.

But I am surprised there hasn't been more bids for him, allthough many bigger clubs has shown interest. If he shows more of what he can do in Debrecen and the NT I don't doubt that a Premier League-club will bid for him in January.

(Sorry for off topic)

man city? please-this kid is 20 years old, playing on the full team that has had it's way against teams like Italy, Poland, etc and he's not good enough for Man City? Coach has to be a moron. Some of these clubs don't have a clue. Keep each Hungarian nt player on their current club then-we'll see what these tiny teams have to say after we continue beating these higher ranked nations. man city won't have aprayer at getting Balazs next season:ass:
