REAL MADRID MATCH SQUAD:
Goalkeepers: Adán, Diego López and Jesús.
Defenders: Pepe, Carvalho, Marcelo, Arbeloa, Albiol and Nacho.
Midfielders: Khedira, Kaká, Özil, Essien, Modric, Callejón and Di María.
Forwards: Cristiano Ronaldo, Benzema, Higuaín and Morata.

No Casillas, Ramos, Alonso, Coentrao and Varane.

My guess
Lopez, Nacho, Albiol, Carvalho, Marcelo, Khedira, Modric, Di Maria, Ozil, Ronaldo, Higuain.

I really want to see Morata getting a start as a striker. He deserved a start in his normal position. Mou always played him as a winger.

Real Sociedad confirmed this week that manager Philippe Montanier won't be signing a new contract this summer, instead he will be heading back to France to take over at Rennes.
His team fought back to beat Sevilla 2-1, though Carlos Vela picked up another booking so Gonzalo Castro should fill the gap.
Mikel González is back in defence, so Liassine Cadamuro will be reduced to the supporting cast once again.

It's José Mourinho's penultimate match in charge of Los Blancos after it was established that he will be leaving the Bernabéu at the end of the season, and defeat in the Copa del Rey final left the manager describing the season as his "worst ever".
Cristiano Ronaldo was sent off, but his suspension is only for cup matches, so he will probably start, while Raphaël Varane is the only injured party.
You would expect most departing managers to field their strongest side with nothing to play for, but Mourinho is just as likely to choose youngsters and disregard players that he has privately fallen out with.

he's suspended for 2 cup matches i think!not la liga matches!

Now we understand why Casillas is put on the bench/stands

2 superb saves from Diego Lopez

1-0 at HT. Higuain scored 5 minutes into the game.

I've fallen asleep twice so far.

Essien is an animal out there.

Xabi Prieto converts the PK after a bonehead Sami clear handball.

Defending this season has been like Moureen's face, retarded

What a game.

Very entertaining. Got to love Sociedad. Their crossing is above average too.
