first of all CONGRATULATION to all of our Portuguese players for making it to euro 2012 .
The win was significant for both Portugal and Madrid as some of our key players can focus the long road ahead in both CL and Lailga.
.
As of right now, Di Maria is our Major absentee but good news, both Kaka and Marcelo are training normally , carvalho seems to be working and training on his own .

Valencia have only lost one game this season and have been undefeated at home. We managed to beat them at the mestalla with 6 goals and conceding 3 when we met them last season in laliga .

As of right now it's confirmed that both Canales and benega miss the match on Saturday.

One thing Valencia can benefit over Madrid is having a better rest as our boys have been busy traveling and playing due to Friendly , WC and Euro Qualifying matches.

We do really need this 3 points even come off a single penalty and as always hoping our rivals to drop points ...

HALA MADRID

what do you guys play?

Well Valencia are in a better situation than last year, Soldado seems lethal this season weird VDB didn't give him a chance over Torres, they played really good against Barca at the Mestalla this season.

Anyway our team is in a top form since Jose arrived IMO, we will miss Di Maria not sure whether both Kaka and Ozil will start or maybe Conterao as LW, last season we raped them with the counter attacks lets make it happen again!.

i think we will get the all 3 points from Mestalla , we made in the last 2 years and we will do it on Saturday by god's will

"When we played football in the square, the other lads would run to the drinking fountain when they were thirsty, I would run to my mum's breasts." - Joaquin
yuk !! WTF man !!
does this quote have an Honorable meaning that i didnt get ??

Cris said today that he is fine and thinks he will be able to play, so I am not worried baout him, however, Arbeloa not starting could be a problem...I dont want to see Lass there...Maybe Carvahlo will be available and Ramos can play the right.

As for the game, I would settle for anything, a nasty win, a pretty win, a scrappy win...no matter. A win is all we need, we need to keep the gap open until el Clasico if we are serious about winning this league.

A fit Arbeloa is obviously better, but I think Lass did more than ok in that match he played as RB

He finished the game against Bosnia with muscle cramps in the left leg. Expected to be out for 1 week, back next weekend.

a lot of players are getting hit with niggle injuries - last year we had no answer but Mou was smart in the off season

Marca are so unoriginal, weren't Barca's failed four (Ronaldinho, Henrry, Etoo, Messi) also dubbed el Fantasticos ? :D

Anyway, though I would LOVE to see it, I doubt Jose would start with his three forwards with another match on Tuesday.

Ozil - he has been invisible so far this season (comparing to last) imo

Pipita: Johnny Storm -the guy has been on fire
Benz = Mr Fantastic - gets round defenders like if he is made of rubber
CR = clobbering time at the mestalla!!!!!!!!
:howler: good one

Hey guys,

Sorry I've been away for so long. I am just really busy with marriage, baby and work.

I have some exciting news for you guys. I am currently working on a screenplay about Jose Mourinho. I am doing all kinds of research on it and when ready, I will try to get his permission to do it. It will be the greatest football film you've ever seen. It's Mou behind the cameras. What happens in his demanding life. How his personal life interferes with his career. How he fires up the players. It won't be a bio. It'll be a fictional film about Jose Mourinho's life in Madrid. If anyone wants to be part of this project, you're more than welcome to help. Send me PM if you do.

So that's that. Now onto Valencia, I'm confident we will come back to Madrid with all 3 points in the bag. HALA MADRID!
