Eder was different style.

Eder is more of the fierce bomb that bends in the air, just like Branco used to do also.

Juninho places the ball, therefore you hae to compare him with teh style of Zico & Marcelinho.

Eder you compare to Roberto Carlos. Well, let's not go that way, otherwise you will insult Eder....... specially because it was Eder that started teaching Roberto Carlos to take free kicks...... pity that he din't pay so much attention in his classes..... if he did his goal rate would have increased tremendously.

Anyway, today the best brazilian free kick taker is the goalie Rogerio Ceni from Sao Paulo.

Eder once shot a ball so hard it went 182km/h.:)

That shot is the fastest shot in the history of Football.

He is one of my all time favorite Brazilian players, actualy the whole 1982 team was brilliant(Zico,Socrates,Falcao.....)and they deserved to win the World Cup,maybe if Careca didn't get injured they would have won it.
