I think Khachaturov never really worked out. They brought him, never really played him, and kicked him to the curb. I feel sorry for the kid. He had a future with Macedonia, but our FA decided to screw his future.

If Rubo ever gets over his hatred of Tumasyan, we might actually have a decent defense with Andonian, Haroyan, Tumasyan, Arzu.

What I do know is that he has played 11 minutes in Ligue 1 with one of the best french teams at the age of 20.

That for me is enough to say that he will have a big impact on our defense in the coming years of our national team IF he continues to improve and doesn't become another Haroyan.

He was also on the bench against PSG.

He has definetely the potential to have a good careee in the L1. Maybe OM should consider a loan for him to a mid-table club like Nantes, to MDZ.

Don't think he can speak Armenian, even if he did it would be western and Rob or Mko wouldn' get him XD. Most people in France can't speak english from my experience.

 

If you want a dmf that can intercept and pass too then you choose Rumanyan however if you want a player who is an all out hard tackling dmf then you pick mkrtchyan.

 

Agreed. Rumyan still hasn't contributed as much as Karlen has counting his debut and onwards to be considered better yet.

 

Let's hope Haroyan still has room to improve. If that happens, we could have a decent CB pairing for the next decade.
