Why no Carlos?

The Spanish season ended almost a month later than the Turkish league...so it makes sense that Roberto Carlos isn't with the squad yet.

Plus, after 11 years in Madrid, I'm sure he had some packing to do ;)

Appiah is with the squad at camp, but is training separately with the physio. I think I read somewhere that he may not be match fit for a while because of his knee surgery. :undecide:

Anyone hear anything more?

Remember the 2002-2003 season, Fenerbahce beat up a bunch of team 16-2, 8-1, etc.
...but then the season didn't exactly go well, except for the 6-0 win over Galatasaray...:undecide:
