Marcos Cafu has ended speculation of a move to Manchester United by stating that he will remain with Roma for the new campaign.
The Brazilian was at the centre of transfer speculation after his World Cup exploits but maintains he¡¦s staying in Rome.
"It¡¦s clear that I¡¦ve been contacted by clubs in recent days but I have a contract with Roma until 2003 and I want to see it through until the end," he said.
Roma President Franco Sensi has stated that he intends to offer the international captain a new deal which should see him end his career with the Giallorossi.
