I can't call him young talent but Mentor Mazrekaj is definitely a NT material. I am not sure how much time will need to get noticed by De Biasi but i know it is just matter of time. Unknown in albanian football because we had too many VIQ's from selaqka liga Jug and they don't know still what he can produce on field (only Hasan Lika knows).

MM14 will rape Muzaka and his mercenary friends, Ylli Hoxha is already star in albanian league and even considered for National Team but he just physical player so i don't think would be difficult for Mazrekaj who always been better player.

Albanian teams follow the English style of play. Kick the ball and run. They are very bad at building up play. Albanian products have almost 0 playing intelligence. But unlike England we dont have tens of millions of pounds to spend on players.

In this low level of playing, people should experiment with building up play on the ground. Doing dummies, layoffs, verticalizing play, they should teach their forwards diagonal runs, lateral runs, how to shake off defenders.

But instead their entire strategy is give the ball to the fullback who is barely across into the opponent half, and cross the ball to the center forward from half the field. (The Arapis and Agollis)

But the coaching is so bad, or the fact that the league is just a facade for making their owners money off bets.

The only decent youth products come out of Vllaznia, but their senior team has been shit lately. Partizani had some great products too, but Berisha and his ****ing goons ran all Tirana clubs to the ground.

i found a team called albpetrol patos and it doesn't sound albanian for an albanian team

 

Albpetrol used to be the Albanian national oil company and Patos is a town near Fier where I believe Albpetrol was headquartered. What doesn't sound Albanian about it?

Yeah, the bulgarian toponyms are still there from 1400 years ago. A lot of places that still end in -ov -ica. But they're names it doesn't really mean anything. Not just in southern Albania, names like Kosova, Mitrovica, etc.. are not Albanian either

 

Albpetrol is an oil company lol!! And they're centered in Patos (it's a town there).

You should add a section for the NT as well because 70% of our forum(including me) have no clue about the superliga nor do we care that much.

Glad to see these types of friendlies. Hopefully these are the precursor to a joint league. Shkendija has awesome support, probably the best in all Albanian lands.

 

Im gloryhunting for Skenderbeu this season. I also wish that kukesi does alot!

 

If you just got into the Superliga those two are definitely the ones to root for. With the PS in power though and Edi Rama a long time FK Tirana supporter expect things to change though. Partizani is coming back strong too and if I'm not mistaken Lulzim Basha supports them too.

Also both Skenderbeu and Kuksi presidents were vying to take over Fk Tirana so their days might be numbered.
