We can't rest 9 players because we do not have 9 first teamers on the bench. You are asking for Chivu to play in the derby not knowing that he is injured again. So is Deki, Mudingayi, Samuel, Milito and Obi. And Gargano had muscle problems before the game today.

Apart from the starting 11 we have 6 healthy first team players available today, of course two of those are Rocchi and Jonathan. Swansea has a deeper squad than we do being able to play 9 outfield subs.

Don't want him beyond the end of the season. Obviously too inexperienced for the job.

Replacements in order of preference:
1. Mourinho
2. Spalletti
3. Heynckes
4. Simeone
5. Rudi Garcia

i'm going to wait till the end of the season to make a comment on it. i was leaning towards nera's side but after the injury i'm leaning towards manta's side.

I gave him more benefit of the doubt after losing milito bc lets face it, strama's performances can't be ascertained with a shallow team, no matter who runs the show will result in failure.

You can't call a jokey a failure when you give him a horse with 2 legs

I blame Strama for this too. The reason we lost this game is playing almost our first team in the mickey mouse competition. I dont know why but we have severe stamina and fitness issues. I dont get why we almost always run out of steam after the 65th minute. No fight whatsoever. This shit would never fly in mourinhos days even if we were losin 5-0.

It is not like Resting Players for EL .

Strama was playing the best available to him.

Come on, foiks accept that Strama can be outfoxed, can make mistakes, that we are 'growing' with him. 2010 treble is not too long back, still, we have to face up to reality.

Intentions alone dont win you games.

What would Milito have done in Firenze exactly? Go on a Messi/Cristiano Ronaldo/Kaka like run and win the game for us single-handedly? he's a centre forward who scored most of his goals in his career from inside the penalty area. Perhaps Milito would have provided defensive solidity? :D
So you think we would have won in Firenze with Milito then? talk about deluded. Yeah, Milito's presence would have scared Jovetic and Ljajic so much they would have hit blanks instead of the back of the net. Our defence has sucked all season, and now because a striker is injured the season is lost, what ludicrous logic is this?
You're totally undervaluing Milito with comments like that.

No one's saying he's a one-man team but he's still one hell of a player.

And the point is that Cassano and Palacio would have a player like him to work off of. Milito is still fantastic at holding the ball up and he can link with players and score goals.

Without Milito, Palacio has often looked like half the player because he is too isolated up front. His main options to link with are Cassano and Guarin, neither of which offer the type of forward play that Milito does.

Would Mourinho be at Inter with this kind of squad?

Strama takes part of the blame no doubt but I blame the club more than anyone.

5 coaches, same outcome.

What are you complaining about? You're only 1 point away from a UCL spot!

Serie A is so strange this season :D
That's only because we fluked a seven game winning streak. We've been awful all season long.

You did? That's impressive
It wasn't all that impressive really. We sucked in all of those seven games except for the one against Juve. And we only played well in that game because Juve felt bad about being cheating scumbags and they stopped playing football.

Firdy, I have defended Milito a lot on this forum, ask Mori for one.. Of course he is a great player, but I have mentioned instances of us struggling even with him playing.

Fiorentina managed to destroy us without a proper, traditional CF btw.

Incorrect. The win against Fiorentina was very impressive, we created more chances than we did against Juve and allowed less chances. Handanovic did not make a single save in the whole 2nd half against Fiorentina. Viviano was their best player and Milito should have netted a super hattrick. Cassano was incredible on the night, his best game for Inter.

Of course you are one of the most outpoken supporters of milito. No one would even question it.

They are saying in recent events that transpired when milito is even more indespensible, you see it all the same as before. Things have changed and you have to factor into the equation.

Not to say its right or wrong, its just your opinion.

Not sure what is going on here, I gotta admit. I'll give him benefit of the doubt though, so if he loses two more games he's out.
